Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Stopped in for some burgers and bottomless fries... Not disappointed. I think the A1 Burger is something new on the menu and it was really good, highly recommend. Got grilled chicken breast and fries, the chicken breast was cooked perfectly! Wife loved the bacon cheeseburger!

We ate at the at the food court at Chesterfield Towne center. I didn't even want to go in. My boyfriend made me and we had a surprise of our life. The food was wonderful. I mean it was really delicious. Our service man shout out to our guy named Kenny. He's a waiter there and he has excellent customer service meals reasonably priced atmosphere. Wonderful! I got to say the old man was right on this one.

I ordered online pick up and there was an issue with my order. I contacted the store was directed to the manager, and it was handled very professionally. Will return due to how this was handled 10/10 for the manager!

Clucks and fries, so good

Yummy! I had the Shroom burger & it was delicious. It was cooked to perfection! The server/bartender was friendly, attentive & provided me with excellent customer service. Thank you!

Burgers cooked incorrectly x2. Left feedback on website. Difficult to do. May try again in a year. Perhaps B team was in the kitchen on Wednesday afternoon. Server was good. We didn’t send back because we were hungry and needed to eat soonest. The cook was slow, but the overcooked food was edible. Initial noise level was enough to drown out the lone noisy male waiter. Females were not noisy.

After being seated had wait 12 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We had the big yummy burger deal it was way over cooked and salty husband said his was dry

I get that the mall and restaurant were busy due to tax free weekend, but I never got my food. Server was awesome; but my 3 kids ordered, got their food and finished it and it wasn't quick. All I kept getting told was my meal was being worked on. My youngest even got his second dish about 20 or so minutes after his main meal, my food was still waiting. I paid my bill, paid for food I never got and we left due to we had to get stuff done and a long drive home, any time I saw our server he was busy. Never got asked if I wanted to order something else. I felt bad leaving and making the kitchen staff cook food, but it shouldn't have taken that long. First time I've had an issue here, not sure if it was understaffing or what.

Regular Caesar salads were hot. Kinda gross. Like 6 fries came in the bottomless fries baskets and it took forever to get more each time. It’ll be less overwhelming for servers if they just gave more at a time because they’d be running around less. Our server was an absolute sweetheart. She was wonderful.
