It was our little ones Birthday today (toddler) and we let our waitress know of the special day when we sat down. Before coming to this location we confirmed online via the Red Robins website that your locations offer a free Sunday and members of your staff will come sing happy birthday. We wanted to make his day special as he loves to sing happy birthday and loves to have it sang to him, even when it's not his birthday. However, once it came time to ask for boxes for our leftovers we were asked if we know how to check out through the tablet on the table and where told to have a good night. We reminded our waitress of the special day we were there to celebrate and she apologized and went to go grab a Sunday. That was all great, I understand being busy and letting something slip, however there was no staff assembled to sing happy birthday to our eagerly awaiting toddler. We did enjoy the Sunday we were provided, but the letdown of not having Happy birthday sang to our little guy was the reason for this review and the disappointment for our child. Don't have something on your website that you do not provide. His hopes were really up this evening and now they have been dampered.

Looks nice it looks great I'm sure the food is probably very good I just happen to be going by there so I pulled the menu up on my phone the prices for burgers and food nowadays is gone crazy absolutely crazy I thought it was high before but my goodness I can't even afford to eat there it's getting to the point I can't even afford to eat at McDonald's something has got to change but the restaurant looks nice maybe one day inflation will go down and I'll be able to go in there and get something to eat but enjoy if you can but that's just my opinion

Food is pretty standard for Red Robin. Can't complain. Very tasty. The service is slow. Bottomless sides dont mean much when no one comes by to check on you.

really good burgers, fries, sauces, seasoning and drinks. service is great and they hire very carting and understanding employees. i had a cheeseburger with fries and bacon fondue. amazing. if you can’t wait 10-15 mins for a table to be open due to not enough employees or them being busy, eat elsewhere and don’t complain. thank you! makes everyone’s days easier.

Good, decently priced burgers and such. Pleasant atmosphere. Not a fan of the thick steak fries, though. Just not my cup of tea, personally. My children love them, though. Go figure.

Came in to place an order for fish and chips took them 20 minutes to realize they were out of the fish for my order and took an extra 10 to get a simple refund safe to say i’m never coming back
