I was really looking forward to my sandwich today, especially after a previous visit where I had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. The manager, Matt, made my order, and the portion was noticeably smaller than usual. He also selected the bread without asking me what kind I wanted, which took away from the personalized experience I expect at Subway. What started as a place I enjoyed has now left me with a frustrating and memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. I won’t be returning to this location.

DONT USE THE SUBWAY IN JOHNSTON WILLIS HOSPITAL. They took my last $10 on the app and said that I couldn’t get my refund or my sub because it never showed up in their system. I won’t be eating there anymore.
