DONT USE THE SUBWAY IN JOHNSTON WILLIS HOSPITAL. They took my last $10 on the app and said that I couldn’t get my refund or my sub because it never showed up in their system. I won’t be eating there anymore.

Our sons ate here a few times when we were visiting Virginia. Great visit, amazing fast service, the sandwiches were fresh. Customer service was top notch. We can highly recommend this location.

I've always trusted this subway. Not anymore. I've been ridiculously ill, nauseated, and in pain for a day and a half while at this hospital with my newborn baby girl. I cannot enjoy these moments from the restroom. There is either an issue with your soda machine or your ingredients causing this as I've eaten your subs twice since last night. I didn't have this problem last year when we had my son. Seems like you need to look into your quality.
