This restaurant is the closest you can get to fine dining in the Ashburn area. Service is casual and friendly. Atmosphere is good. The menu changes frequently, so it never gets routine. Interesting drink menu as well
I celebrated my birthday here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to bring in my own decorations for the private room and set everything up exactly how I envisioned it. That flexibility was such a huge relief and honestly made my birthday feel perfect because every detail was exactly the way I wanted it.

My husband and I went to Ahso last night for our anniversary dinner. We did the chefs counter experience which was awesome! Chef Jason (owner) made a 6 course meal for us and accommodated my gluten sensitivity beautifully! He picked out the best wine pairings and the flavors of the dishes were AMAZING!! During the experience, you can see the team working, and everyone seemed happy to be there…That speaks large volumes of the type of place Ahso is! Chef Jason was super personable...
