Went in to this DQ to redeem a birthday BOGO Deal from her phone app (my mom is disabled so I went in for her) and the told me they could not take the deal. I was very disappointed. Went back to the car and decided not to give them business today. We will celebrate her birthday else where now.
On a previous visit, there were ants in my soda. No one at DQ seemed to be concerned at all
Tonight, 8/11/21, I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru to order a blizzard and a double cheeseburger with no pickles. Guess who had pickles on their sandwich and who had to stop on the way home to throw up?? Blech. I don’t know what part of NO pickles they didn’t understand. In addition, it was the driest, hardest burger I’ve ever had.

We ordered food on way to Oakdale park for ball game. Got order all wrong. I got gravy instead of BBQ sauce. No salt or ketchup for fries. And there was a salad in my bag that I didn’t order. Not sure if I paid for it or not ... didn’t get a receipt ! Couldn’t eat it anyway ... there was no salad dressing ! Not happy at all!
