I loved El charro and would order fairly frequently, but they recently changed how they make their food. No free chips and salsa with to go orders anymore. I'm really disappointed
Servers taking your card and walking away for 10 minutes before returning and having selected the tip on hand held pay before bringing to your table. We then call to ask questions and get told we’re apparently too ignorant to know how that works. Shame on the staff for doing this. Happened to multiple people on the evening of 4/26 with incorrect amounts being charged to their cards.
The service was excellent and the food was very good traditional Mexican. I highly recorded. We will be back. Thank you, Ryk
