The crew that was working when I went in today, 6/18, around 1pm, is the best. They're always very kind, and they are very hardworking. They're always hustling (especially the ladies, sisters maybe?). Their manager should be very grateful to have them!

I went here yesterday and the food was awful I couldn't finish it. I got a burrito and taco. They both tasted like there was something old and musky on it. It was awful. đ

So to start off with the Service was good and the people are nice also the store is clean and has a good atmosphere.
Now on to the food, me and my wife went as she wanted to and it was my first time going we got steak burritos, she had steak, cheese, sourcream, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, chipotle ranch and then had it grilled on the grill, I went simple steak with extra steak, cheese, sourcream and Chipotle ranch and grilled. So she liked hers but she likes everything lol so with me I thought it was very salty and the steak was like shaved steak very thin and chopped up so not what I really expected and the flavoring on the steak made it so i couldn't taste the other stuff.
Now the kicker on to the price for 2 yes just 2 burritos and she got a small thing of chips and we had waters in the vehicle, $40+ for that i couldn't believe it was that much, salty prices.and salty food made me thankful for the waters I had to drink down.
Would I go back? Probably not as the food didn't impress me and I don't feel like being robbed again? We could have went to a Good Mexican restaurant and it been cheaper or around the same price.

Stopped by with my fam of 4. Invited my siblings also. 14 of us total. I was told my nachos could not be on the side. They have to have toppings. đ I wanted them on the side because of sogginess. Then I would be charged for a bowl and extra for queso. My solution? GO TO MOES AT THE PINNACLE. ITs a two miles up the road. You get queso and shredded cheese at Moes. They do not have these nonsense rules. Kingsport Barberitos also allows nachos on the side. MOES was closed is the only reason we came to B. Save your energy and drive to Moes. I felt sorry for the employees to have to tell a customer they canât have their nachos on the side. My point was I always made two meals out of mine. I scoop it. Not allowed at this location. So hit another location. Pass by this one. MOES will load you up with cheese, queso, etc. The employees canât help it. Itâs the owner. Funny tell someone that canât have their nachos on the side. We went to McAllisters, they allowed my nachos on the side. đ They arenât that cheap.

I usually have great experiences at this location, however today, there were different employees in there. When I walked in I stood there for 2+ min while watching an employee play on her phone/text. I said hello!!! After another customer walked in behind me. Then people came walking from the back also another on the phone. They eventually made their way over to help us. The kid that helped me was polite, I will say. But this has to be the worst food I have gotten from this location ever. Even the salsa on the bar by the drinks looked like it had been sitting out for a while it looked dry.

Prices were posted that Taco Tuesday $8.88 when checked out was charged $10.49 for 2 tacos that had very little meat! Employees didnât offer to adjust pricing or take the signs down.
Our work crew has been coming here for lunch every Tuesday for years, unfortunately we will not be back.

The female manager refused to let me order a kids meal because my child wasnât with me. She even went as far as to say âkids meals are for kids, 12 and under.â Never had this problem out of the Kingsport location and wonât be back to the Bristol location again.

The gentleman working was very nice. He was fun and was being funny back and forth with my kids. This barberitos is very clean. They have a kids section which is loved as did my kids. One of our fav stops in Bristol!

We love bringing our daughter here for the little play area, but itâs happened twice now where they wonât allow us to get a kidâs meal because they donât see our daughter with us since she typically plays a few feet away in the kidâs corner while we wait in line. Unfortunately, we didnât realize this last time that we had already been charged for an adult quesadilla until I asked about the kidâs drink. The cashier didnât bother to correct the issue, and I didnât want to press it. I wish the employees would ask if the kidâs meal is for a child instead of saying things like âWe canât give you a kidâs meal because you donât have a kid with you.â Overall, the food is fresh and consistent; but I will be making sure my daughter waits in line with me in the future.
