Sadly, the reviews are spot on for the worst customer service by the gentleman working the drive through. This is a drive thru only location. The donut menu alone is substantial with several notes that showed varying flavors on different days. It takes a few minutes to read over and make decisions. Well, this guy was NOT having it. Apparently, if you’ve never been there, better for you to park, walk over to the drive thru menu and get your stuff together. I was actually embarrassed for this business because the donuts were pretty good and the owner must enjoy baking and having a business in the community….but this employee does NOT enjoy working here and serving people. Trust me, we are some of the nicest people—we’ve worked in food service before. We get it. I just canNOT express enough how rude this man was. Sad because I would probably go back next time I’m in town visiting my in laws, but nope. The woman who cashed us out at the end was very sweet but it just couldn’t make up for the extremely rude greeting and service. I might add that we were the ONLY car in the drive thru the whole time (on a Thursday morning) and we ended up buying (2) dozen donuts. My mom had to practically hang out of the car because the rude gentleman (NOT a “gentleman” at all) was giving us alllll kinds of rude comments because he couldn’t hear us. I honestly couldn’t tell if he was just playing around because again, we were the only ones there and we’re pretty loud. ? Maybe he hates serving people of color or women…or maybe he just needs to NOT be working with people. It is my first time stopping here as we just moved into town with the casino however I have to say my first visit will definitely not be the last. We wanted to order 5 dozen doughnuts and specified 3 dozen, the manager explained to me that he would have to make a few that we wanted but that it shouldn't take long. He was super nice and explained we could always call our order in ahead of time, and you could tell he wanted to take care of us as quickly as possible which means a lot. Also the little lady at the window was so cute and sweet. Both said thank you several times. As for the doughnuts they were absolutely delicious, some of the best we've ever had. We will definitely be getting doughnuts here in the future for our meetings.

Our family absolutely loves blackbird and blackbird on the fly. It’s our favorite place. The only issue I have is whenever I go to blackbird on the fly they never have glazed donuts with chocolate every time I order them they say they are sold out. I just wish they would have more of those! Blackbird on the fly please make more chocolate glazed donuts, lol. We love all the other donuts, but chocolate glaze is our favorite. Thank you for being awesome.

My wife and I love Blackbirds bake goods... none better. BUT, this location just don't work and is a disappointment. We leave many time without anything because they don't have anything to choose from. They should at least have the basic, specials and the features of the day/week always on hand to be purchased. Many times we spend a long time going down the menu board at drive through and are told we don't have that. The nice thing about on the fly is not to have to go downtown with the crowds and to have to find parking. BUT, If they don't have things it is a loose/loose outcome for the customers.

I got a strawberry cheesecake and it was disgusting it was chewy and tasted old I do not recommend wasting your money here
The guy Wayne is extremely horrifying. I am not sure what posses a man to treat womn the way he does but. It is highly unacceptable and disturbing. Will def be contacting the manager to come in and have a discussion. That employee shouldn't work there period.

the people that work to are degrading towards woman and extremely racist and disturbing. would not recommend. I don't mean that in a karen way I Mena that as in laughing at innocent people being hurt, whether it be a missing white girl or a murdered black man. they clearly don't care about anyone or anything except being the worst kind of people
