Best Bojangles I've found in Bristol. Staff was polite and friendly, my SE&C biscuit was fresh and the egg didn't drip liquid into my lap. NOW THIS IS THE BOJANGLES I REMEMBER FROM MY YOUNGER DAYS. Most of the other stores around give me undercooked eggs and stale biscuits. GREAT JOB PINNACLE!!

A coworker & I went for lunch. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered immediately & our food was ready in a few minutes - except my cole slaw. Apparently they had run out of cole slaw & the woman taking orders was not made aware. I selected green beans in place of the cole slaw & they were just okay. The chicken however was hot & crispy - quite yummy. Dirty rice was a tad mushy but had good flavor. The biscuit was warm & fresh & wonderful. I would like to mention we went for KFC the week before & I ordered the 2 piece meal at both restaurants. The amount of chicken meat was significantly greater on the drumstick & thigh from Bojangles. I would recommend this restaurant.

The manager was horrible, didn't have a name on his tag or id mention it. Completely ignored me after taking the order before me, then I sat for a very long time before a different girl came and took my order, the manager, it ored my order, refused to make it, the girl who took the order had to make it after I watched the manager stand around. It was horrendous overall I'll never be back

Olivia works the drive through window. I come by this location quite often on my way to work. This girl is a fresh breath of air at 6am. Fast and friendly and gives off such good vibes, she possibly made my day with her kindness!!! If there were more people like Olivia the world would be a much better place!!!
The service wasn't bad but not great either. The food was pretty good and mostly fresh. The place could do with some cleaning in the lobby. Not a horrible experience but not great either.

The employees here are beyond rude and lazy! I go here to get the steak biscuit combo and they always tell me that the grill is down for the night! I know breakfast at this hour is cook to order which is fine but It was 5pm! I’ve never had an issue with the other Bojangles I’ve been too! They said they had chicken but how could you cook chicken or anything if the grills were down for the night?! I waited about ten minutes in the drive thru before anyone came on the speaker! This place is such a joke! I’ve been to this location about three times now and this has happened every single time! What’s wrong with these lazy people? It’s ridiculous! Don’t go here, its most definitely it worth the money. No amount of money is worth being treated this horribly! Pathetic! They need a zero star option because they don’t deserve any stars at all! Do better! Don’t give these employees the benefit of the doubt, they know exactly what they’re doing!
