super slow service. took over 25 minutes to get from order board. to take out window. took our money..sat for another 15 minutes. came back to window asked what we ordered. apparently gave out order away to someone else. told us to pull around up front. they would bring it out to us .waited another 15 minutes. went inside . they forgot us again. told them wanted refund. guy at counter. didn't know how. was his 2nd day there working there. finally got our food .it was cold to warm...read full review
I went through the drive thru on the 16th, the coleslaw was rancid and we had to throw it all away. I tried calling numerous times but no one answered. sent message to customer service and still have not heard back. I called today and they had the nerve to ask why I didn't contact them earlier.
