Eat here if you like good food and bad service. Never in my life have I spent almost 3 hours in a restaurant due to a server being so inattentive. Server came and got our drinks orders, and after about 10 minutes we got our drinks. Came back to take our order. Food took awhile but that isn’t the servers fault and it’s also lunch hour on a Sunday. Got our food, salads never came. Server said she’d be back with the salads. The salads came after we were done eating. Took another 10 minutes to get boxes. Our party was back in a corner where I could only visible our sever with one other table. There was a table right behind us that was dirty the majority of our visit. As someone who works in a corporate chain restaurant, this type of service would absolutely not be acceptable. To add the cherry on top of the cake: our server decided to add herself a $20 credit card tip when she was given $27 in cash. Had to chase her down to give her our payment in the first place so maybe she felt she deserved an extra $20 for all her sought after effort. Cheddars, do better.

2 of us arrived and hostess was away from desk but came fairly quickly and seated us. A young man was our server, very respectful and polite. We ordered chicken pot pie and seasoned rice and fish and chips with slaw. It seemed to take quite awhile for the order to come. The server said it was the fish and chips. The food was very hot, seemed freshly prepared. The chicken appeared to fly past the pot pie as there was no chicken in it. The gravy tasted fine, as did the vegetables in it. Spouse stirred the rice into the pie. The slaw was good with the fish. The fish had a strange flavor but I am not sure how to describe it. I've had the pot pie in the past and it was very good, but today it was not great. First time trying fish. I hope today was a fluke. We will try other dishes on future visits. The server was wonderful.

The staff seemed over worked or understaffed for the crowd. Little attention to each table. Our waitress appeared to have more than 10 tables she was waiting at once. They also have a setup with a digital menu at the table you order from - but at the same time expect tips? Steak was undercooked and very fatty, I didnt eat but 2 or 3 bites. The appetizers were the best thing about the meal.

This is the worst restaurant in bristol the only thing worse than the food was the waiter and the manager both were the worst people that could be in those positions, don't waste your money on this place

Stopped at Bristol VA Cheddars after Barter play on our 44th anniversary. Jueni was our waiter and he was a pleasant blast of energy for us old folks. Food was good as usual but Jueni made our day! He took great care of us!

Yesterday after church, I came to eat lunch with the ladies. We had 12, the hostess was very rude and said there are no tables. BUT we could see open tables. Then she offered to put 2 booths together and said it would be 30-45 minutes. Then we had to let her know; we had 2 elderly ladies that could not sit in the booths. She had an attitude from the get go and then said I won’t have any tables at all. Really no tables and we could see the empty tables. Really disappointed that we could not eat there. BUT we took our business elsewhere. Cheddars LOST 12 customers yesterday and I am sure like myself we told everyone we knew how were treated. VERY RUDE!!!

Laid back spot for a quick meal. Meatloaf was absolutely horrible. Dry with no sauce. Steak and salads were decent.

Had a great meal with my family including my German shepherd on outside patio. The service was absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend.
