Donna needs to be retrained on basic hygiene and cross contamination and common sense. She used the restroom, didn’t wash her hands, wiped the entire bathroom counter with her dirty hands, removed the paper towels with her dirty hands. Dropped them on the floor and placed them back on the bathroom counter, and then proceeded to walk into the cash register area and stuck her hands in the ice machine and then made a drink for herself, then open every plastic container of lids with her dirty hands. Absolutely repulsive.

I enjoyed my food. Pretty standard from all of the chick-fil-as I've been too. My guest didn't like the cob salad. The soda I had was syrup heavy but I like it that way, others might not. All in all I'd go again when traveling.

Just an FYI: if you would like breakfast and get in the drive thru @ 10:20am with only two cars in front of you waiting to order, they will hold up the drive thru until 10:30 and you get no breakfast. My order wasn't taken until 10:35. You are then trapped in the drive thru and can't escape. So, if you would like breakfast at 10 til, order in the app and pick up inside.

First visit to this Chick-fil-A on a day of traveling - stopping in fir lunch, it was packed, but the service was exceptional and quick. The staff were on top of it. The food was pretty good. Waffle fries came unsalted, but my nuggets were good. The place is very, very clean.
All in all, it's a great restaurant. Highly recommend!

Funny one never thinks about checking their order before driving away from the window. Learned after two disappointing trips and getting home that some things that staff forgot to include are considered freebies and management will not apologize for the inconvenience of not enjoying your dinner. I mean what good is a guacamole wrap when the drive through forgets the guacamole? They might give good service but the manager gets an “F” in people skills.
