I used to love Chi-fil-a but lately its lacking. I told them please make sure my fries are hot and fresh the guy scoffed and said they're always hot...surprisingly they weren't. Actually all the food was barely Luke warm.

Great place to eat and fresh food and always the best employees. They will refill you're drink for free and if you dine in, they bring you're food to you and check on you every 15 to 20 minutes, my favorite place to eat. They are closed on Sunday's.

This deserves ZERO stars.

I arrived at this Chick-fil-A at 10:25 AM for breakfast. Only two cars ahead of me. I reached the speaker at 10:29 AM, fully within breakfast hours. But because no one bothered to greet me until 10:31 AM, they refused to serve me breakfast and acted like it was MY fault.

Let’s make this clear for anyone reading this:
I was not late. THEY ignored me. THEY caused the delay. THEY created the problem.

Then the employee repeated “we’re not serving breakfast” like a robot, with no apology and no acknowledgment of THEIR mistake. Not one ounce of accountability.

I spend a ridiculous amount of money at Chick-fil-A weekly — and I left with nothing because their staff couldn’t be bothered to answer the speaker on time. I came specifically for breakfast because it’s one of the few things I can stomach right now, and instead I drove off angry, frustrated, and still hungry.

This location needs serious retraining, because this was the worst service I’ve ever received at a Chick-fil-A. If management doesn’t fix this, they’re going to keep losing customers — starting with me.

Waited for over 10 minutes in the mobile order pickup line for 1 item. There were only 2 other people waiting as well. Employees just stared until I finally asked what was going on. Turns out it was just sitting on a counter by the drive thru the whole time. I doubled checked my receipt and sure enough, it was not a drive thru pickup order.

It was very crowded due to early release of nearby Middle School, but staff worked hard to process all orders. Food was still up to Chick-fil-A's high standards
