We've been here a dozen times. Food's always great. The waitress/waiters are fun and friendly. Chili's is very family oriented. The bar has 4 TVs playing on one wall with other TVs around the entire restaurant, all playing different sports games. There's almost always a waiting list, but first come, self seating in the bar. The employees are extremely busy. If you don't want to wait, there's usually a kiosk at the table to order or pay. Good variety of meals with decent portions. Lunch and dinner only. There's plenty of parking around the building.

We ordered pickup. The food was lukewarm and highly expensive. It was almost 80 dollars for 3 people just for pasta. The guy that was working the carry-out desk was awesome. He was friendly and quick. He was so good that I had to call back and speak to the manager to brag on him.

Ok so the server bartender was very nice fast and friendly. The bathrooms were clean enough. But my issue is my food. I ordered a medium ribeye with the shrimp combo and my steak was med well is being nice. That was a well done steak with one strip of pink. I’m super disappointed cuz I’m an otr truck team truck driver. All I did was walk back to my tractor open my food and begin eating as my teammate drove off. I can’t just go back and get this corrected. But I’ll take the blame for not testing my steak there. Or rather I’m blaming yall bartender for making such a delicious drink. But dang I’m so sad about my steak.

Order two of the $6 margaritas. She brought half empty glasses so I poured them into one glass. Next time fill the drinks all the way when you're running specials. If your location is not making enough money to afford specials then take that up with corporate not your customers
If I could leave a review without any stars, I would. Our food today for lunch was DISGUSTING! Husband and I both ordered the steak and shrimp combos, everything came out ICE COLD plus had multiple hairs found in it. The bill was nearly a hundred dollars and we only seen a waitress one time while there. Our food was brought out by kitchen staff that kept apologizing even though the restaurant wasn’t busy so I’m not sure what the issue was. Besides the cold food and hair, the food also had a terrible smell to it, like something dead and rotten and after we notified one of the waitresses that wasn’t our own, she got the manager. The manager was extremely hateful and asked “what do you want me to do, make you something else?” To which we replied, no we would just like our check and to go. He then aggressively grabbed the plates and stomped off and the waitress came back to check on us and asked if he was nice because she said he was awful to deal with and she was afraid to even let him know we had a complaint because he doesn’t handle them kindly. Over all just terrible experience and I genuinely feel for any staff working under the guy, the most rude interaction we’ve ever had there.

The pros are good service & clean. The cons are I ordered the smokehouse trio and no meat on ribs hardly at all. The street corn was so dried out it looked like left over from the day before. The price is way too expensive for the quality.

Nice place very nice bartender. Fairly clean for a chilis. The chicken was dry as heck though. They seem to have pulled a 2 hour old piece of chicken out that plastic heater drawer and said let me see if this dude will eat rubber chicken. I didn’t complain because I shouldn’t have to. Do better Chili’s I’m watching I’ll be back
