Had a very awesome time and amazing food
Honestly, most of the time I i love a chili's restaurant. Now with that being said, I personally feel like this chili's is sub par at best. I've been to this location several times and each time i go they always get something wrong with my order. Case in point i stopped to buy chili's for lunch and take it home, when arriving home my order was messed up.Normally i'm not 1 too complain because I like most chili's foods and was going to happily, eat it anyways, accept the moment I went to bite into my food. My mouth was filled with the grossest rancid oil taste. For reference I got the trio appetizer plate.
That contained mozzarella sticks.
Chicken crisprs and the Southeast egg rolls each and every one of these items tasted like old rancid oil.And there was no way, I was going to try to stomach this food.
I highly recommend that either the fryer oil needs to be changed or the machine needs a thorough cleaning... Hopefully, if I ever do decide to go back, the problem will be changed. But as of right now, I cannot say, I will be returning unfortunately.
Got drink orders and food order wrong. And when I asked about the drinks, they lied about it!

Ordered chicken crispers and had to send them back because they weren’t done, and then tried to charge for them. Otherwise, not bad. I guess any establishment could have a bad day!
I ordered a brisket and it was served 1/3 fat. I think Chili's is largely overpriced hype.
It's a chain outlet. But the food was good and the service was great. Atmosphere was typical chain restaurant feel.
We've eaten here for years. To this location's credit, they maintain several staff/associates who've also worked here for years. I truly dislike giving a less than stellar review for this location, but felt it appropriate.
In short, my wife ordered two To-Go orders over the course of two weeks (exact same order) that were both botched. She contacted the manager and was advised a refund to her payment method would be given...after a week of waiting, nothing.
We decided to have a late lunch/dinner at this location and while there, ask about the above. They had no record or note of any refund. We showed a digital receipt and to her credit, the manager applied an appropriate discount to our bill. Fair enough.
We ordered, to include a To-Go order for a family member. We received our meal timely, staff was pleasant and food tasted great...as is often the case here.
I then ordered a dessert w/an extra scoop of ice cream (done it many times). Ended up w/1.5 scoops because the waiter mentioned the ice cream scoop broke. Unsure why he didn't grab anther scoop and top it off? He's been there a long time and is a super nice person...but that just seemed a little lazy in my book. Still, it wasn't worth making a fuss over 1/2 a scoop of ice cream.
However, he was right the scoop broke.
In fact, at just over 3/4 of the way thru my dessert, I found the metal ring that rotates inside the scoop, which aids in ice cream dispensary, buried on the bottom of my extra 1/2 scoop of ice cream. I pulled the part out, called over the waiter, handed it to the guy and asked if there were any small attachments, springs or screws I should be aware of...after a very brief glance, the answer was casually, No.
I didn't finish the dessert and was ready to get the To-Go order and head home at that point.
Yea, Nope.
I paid, tipped well. Then sat there long enough that my family decided to go wait in the vehicle. I then got tired of sitting and only when I stood up did the server ask if anyone had brought my To Go order out? No they hadn't.
He goes in the back for a bit and returns to mention they've no idea where my order was, perhaps given to someone else, but were already working on preparing my To-Go order...again.
It really was a 'you've got to be kidding me moment'.
So...two botched To-Go orders in less than two weeks +
Metal-ala-ice-cream + another To-Go order that was either never made or someone got home and was very surprised.
As mentioned (generally speaking) the staff is nice, food tastes great and atmosphere clean/pleasant. But the last two weeks have proven to be an anomaly that the cosmos doesn't want us to eat at Chili's.
At the least, they really need to train on To-Go operations. At the most (sorry to say) they need new ice cream scoops and we won't be back for long time.
Food was amazing, service was quick, great atmosphere. Our server had a rather disaffected and over it kinda attitude which I get. Public service can be alot. The food more than made up for that, though. Overall it was a great experience.
Food is always delicious.

I love this chilis and the food is always soooo good. But they be putting HELLA RANCH in every to go order. Click on the other sauces all you want. It’ll still be ranch… every time.
We always have a good experience at this restaurant. They have good meal deals. The service is fast and servers attentive. The food is great.
