This is the best Chili’s!!! We were in the middle of our dinner and the power went out we finished our meal and we went to pay and the manager came over to our table and said we could have our meal for free. I’ve ate at this Chili’s before today and the service has always been great and the food has too. I was really touched by the manager.

We had a good meal, and our server, Jennifer, was friendly and attentive. One thing I hope management will address is accessibility. Our party included a wheelchair user and another family member using a cane. As we arrived, the host made eye contact with us but didn’t offer to help with the doors, and when we left, several employees saw us navigating two sets of doors while carrying a walker and takeout containers but no one offered assistance. Normally I don't have too much of a problem with Chili's. This time however was different. Our burgers were just okay nothing wonderful but at least they were warm and the fries were warm. One of our companions ordered the 6-oz steak that came with potatoes and broccoli. The potatoes were cold. They brought her some fresh ones and then when she cut into her steak it was raw.
