Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I have eaten at the Bristol, Va. store 2 times and food was Not good. I go to the Abingdon location and the food is GREAT. Hard to believe there can be such a difference.

Did not get refill on my drink bowl of dumplings had 3 dumplings in it meatloaf was burnt on top and served cold did not get any bread with meal until we were finished worst meal I have ever had at cracker barrel 😫

Parking: We were stuck back in corner and forgot about !!

We eat at Cracker Barrel often. The service was excellent. The food was excellent as well. I enjoy going to eat there and will pick Cracker Barrel every time.

Parking: Parking was very convenient. We have handicap tags but didn't have to use them.

I didn't eat there yesterday I just stopped by and bought two pecan pies and the lady that waited on me was very helpful and friendly she went out of her way to help and she was very polite about everything 👍👍

Overall well satisfying other than employees parking near the entrance and customers having to walk from areas away.

Parking: Most companies has designated parking for employees & service vehicles away from the front door being more customer focused. Employees are usually there much longer than customers.

Standing in line to check out was awful,,,it took about 15 min to do so,,there was 2 cashier and only 2 people in front of me,,, cashier lady where just to slow.

While all CB are near an Interstate or other major highway this location is on a hilltop and is remarkable for the absence of road noise. And a rather large parking lot as well. We found a nice corner to tuck our 35’ 5th wheel and truck into yet still close enough to the door of the store. We had excellent food and service here and enjoyed a good night’s sleep.
