My hubby and I got the grilled chicken tenders with Mac and cheese, mash taters, greens and turnips. Biscuits and cornbread. Our tenders were so juicy and tender. Mac with taters were hot as well as the gravy. Greens were seasoned so awesome! Beans did need a little seasoning but all was hot! Biscuits were soft and moist as well as cornbread were so crunchy on the outside but juicy on the inside! Desirree which was such a different spelling were very up to par with everything we asked for! The best corn muffins I had ever had since going to crackel barrel! Thank you

Enjoyed our meal. Had breakfast and all was prepared as ordered. Also enjoy the atmosphere and the sign as is. Please don't change any of it

I use to love eating the meatloaf. The past few times have shown me that they have went downhill on the quality of their food!!!

Will not be choosing this as my families go to when eating out. You have changed everything about what was beautiful about Cracker Barrel. I put up with the alcohol and taking away roast beef, but this has went too far. I will be fixing the same meals at home. Miss my cooking without the fuss and atmosphere. My daughter asked to eat there just today and we had to explain we would not be going back. You didn’t learn from Bud Light or Aunt Jemima. Stop support these as well.

Don't care for the changes with the Logo. Food is about the same, but they no longer have the loaded sweet potato. Our server was nice and attentive, even came to tell us that the Shepards Pie was going to take 20 minutes. I did like the partitions but it does put tables very close, so maybe not a good idea in the way it was constructed. Don't understand the changes, if it is not broken, then why try to fix it. We may not visit as much, maybe just when traveling.

Got there and checked in on curbside. Before 9. No one came out. After 9 I called then knocked. Customers told staff someone was at the door. They ignored me even though my order was sitting in the shelf. I got in when a customer left and found them counting the drawer to close. And then I find burned food in the meal. Cracker Barrel has gone way down hi.

My husband's eggs, sausage and hash browns smelled burnt. Little flakes of black burnt stuff in hash browns. When we brought it to our waitresses attention she acted dumb like she didn't know what to do. Husband had to tell her he wanted it recooked. Table hadn't been washed. Hostess had to wash it. Tried to take our order but didn't have menus yet.

Party of two. Arrived around 7:10 PM on Sunday 8/10/2025. Restaurant was not busy and we were seated almost immediately. No one ever waited on us or even acknowledged us after being seated. At 7:30 PM we got up and left. Probably won’t go back to this location for a while.

Consistency in their food quality is nationwide. Our server was excellent. My only negative is that the biscuits are getting smaller and you have to request extras. I guess cost reductions mean no more baskets fully loaded.

We went to the store at Exit 63 in Kingsport, near Tri-Cities Airport. We were seated right away, but waited 20 or so minutes with out any service. The tables beside us were quickly waited on. They didn't have many tables seated, so not very busy. We got up and left and drove to Exit 7. We were seated right away, the server (Anna) was there in just a couple of minutes to take our order. The kitchen was slow to get our food out for not being very busy. It was all good, hot and tasty. We typically wouldn't drive to Exit 7 but would return if we are in the area, but we are probably done with Exit 63 location.
