We went to the store at Exit 63 in Kingsport, near Tri-Cities Airport. We were seated right away, but waited 20 or so minutes with out any service. The tables beside us were quickly waited on. They didn't have many tables seated, so not very busy. We got up and left and drove to Exit 7. We were seated right away, the server (Anna) was there in just a couple of minutes to take our order. The kitchen was slow to get our food out for not being very busy. It was all good, hot...

I had the homestyle chicken and it came out dry and shriveled up like it had been sitting under the warmer. My daughter had the grilled chicken salad and it ended up having the fried chicken instead on her salad when it came out, dried shriveled up.

Best Cracker Barrel ever! We have been to several Cracker Barrels along the east coast and this one, by far, was the best. The service was great (thanks Kimberly). The food came out quick and the greeter and checkout process was helpful and very friendly. I didn't have enough time to shop as it was our last day of a 4 day trip and had to get going.
