We went mid-afternoon and were treated to a delicious meal by Anna, a seasoned veteran server. Her attitude and recommendations made this visit one of our best ever at a Cracker Barrel! The food was hot, fast and very fresh. Highly recommend this location on I-81, exit 7 in Bristol, Virginia.

Food was great, service was ok. Server did not ask if we need any refills, had 1 cup of pop, boyfriend had coffee. Mine was gone after about 10 minutes but was never asked about a refill for either one of us. We love eating here. Service has alway been good.

The employees were very nice and caring our waytres even sat to the table to show us how to play the table game and the food was very good also the prices were good to it was an amazing experience
