This was pretty awesome of the place, we short notice (about 30 mins) hit them with a party of 12 after a graduation at King College and they handled it just fine. Service was what I would expect at cracker barrel and everyone did a great job. I can not remember our servers name but she was professional and well experienced and the large party didn't seem to bother her. Overall it was great and one of the reasons we aren't scared to stop at cracker barrel anywhere we...

The steaks was not cook the way we ordered them. Sent back and still not cooked right. Great service great peach tea, and everything else was great.

On another occasion carol is the greatest waitress friendly very very nice. So helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed.

The food is typically good with some minor recipe variations between locations. Some of the food can be greasy for my taste.

But my concern is that the precalculated tips on the credit card reader screen are figured on the total which includes tax. Tips are based on food cost, not food plus tax. Two successive meals, at locations in different states, have the same error.

Other restaurants, not all, do the same. I'm not sure who is responsible....
