“hello... this is the second time I r shopped at your Kroger store in Bristol VA..... this is also the second time I've had to ask for a register to be opened because of only two being open . my Dad is 85 years old and cannot stand 30+45 minutes in line waiting.. we DO NOT do self checkout... this is also the second time a fellow named James has helped us out by opening another register.... he's a wonderful asset to the company.... the first female I'd ask told me the rest of the registers are "broken "... I don't like for anyone to insult my intelligence like that ... please remedy this issue... this is also the dirtiest Kroger I've ever seen... thank you... Tambra Barry“
