waited an hour for our food which had been overcooked and then they couldn't replace the very well done eggs as they were backed up in the kitchen. sadly, we will no longer go to this IHOP in Bristol VA at I81 exit 7
Very unorganized kitchen not enough wait staff we waited an hour and were told something was going on in kitchen and wouldn't get our food. Won't be going back.
Went in today my son and I,we were seated very quickly by two waitresses telling us about how one stayed over to help the other and it was only her second day.What terrible shifts they all had and so on and so forth,we listened with a sympathetic ear. After waiting for thirty minutes we finally got to order some food. An HOUR later my son got his meal they forgot my whole meal!
