Walked in to be told the wifi wasn't working so they couldn't ring orders in. They were nice enough to let my sister use the restroom but I don't know why they can't write the orders down and do the math for the tax? It doesn't take a genius. Of course the language coming from some of the back staffs mouth shows they're not that. Just don't bother. It hasn't been good in any capacity in years Also why is their a portable heater blowing towards the door set on 72 when that's the temp outside? Wait I don't need to know I won't be back.

Went in last night at 8:30 and was turned away service six of us. I’ve worked in restaurants and I’ve made restaurants and I know that turning away service when you’re open is not allowed it’s not a thing and it has got my blood boiling it’s had my blood boil in ever since last night I’ve already Got numbers to district managers and I’m gonna get to the bottom of it I don’t want anything free I don’t want anything but I am very upset do not go in there because if they don’t turn you away they’re gonna cuss give you dirty looks And you’ll feel like they don’t want you there and they don’t the worst.

Be prepared to be charged your tip on the ticket. One meal just for me was a total of 27 dollars. Plus I gave a 5 cash tip, not realizing the waitress charged for it ahead of time.

I usually never write reviews, when we first got there, we were greeted with a friendly manner, we sat down, We didn’t get our drink order till about 15 minutes after being sat down at a booth (The restaurant was empty) but once the waitress came up and got our order for our drinks and proceeded to order our food, we couldn’t hear our waitress because of the music in the restaurant. Once we were getting our drinks, I went to go and grab the cream and sugar off of the side of the table. Almost got hit in the head with a glass from the waitress. After we got our drinks, she came back and said that they didn’t have grits which that was fine, but proceeded to walk away after handing us a menu to look over the sides. We got our food was all right we had to ask for butter multiple times. Never asked us for refills. She handed us the receipt. Didn’t ask us if we wanted to go containers. We personally have to go up and ask. Overall, the food was good, but we will not be returning. The service was pretty bad. I am sorry.
There was only one server that I saw working, the staff was gossiping about each other the entire time we were there and the waitress who served us was the only one working. The cooks were fast with getting the food out and the pancakes were good, but we only got one drink with no refills because the waitress was too busy with all the other tables she had while everyone else did who knows what.

I had the worst experience. I came to get breakfast for dinner. Ordered my usual. Sirloin tips and eggs. I ordered my tips with no pink. They came out very pink. I’m pregnant so I cannot have that. When I told the waiter, she just walked away twice. When she was serving the guy behind me and walking away I asked her for a manager. But she told me I could not have because they were the cook. She then went to the back and mocked me. She said I was being pissy. Even after explaining to her that I couldn’t eat it because of pregnant and I can’t have meat that isnt fully cooked. It said that we could hear her all the way out here. When I asked her for another waiter after mocking me she said, the other waiter would say the same thing. After two miscarriages in the past I’m not risking anything with this baby. The experience I had was very unpleasant. I didn’t eat the food at all not even the other things because my appetite was lost because I was so upset about the situation. I will never be returning here. My waiters name was viola h. The guy behind me, said he almost left because of how bad our situation was and how argumentative our waiter was about the situation. I will be calling and talking to a manager about the situation. I highly recommend against this IHOP.. They are far from compassionate and understanding. I used to be an IHOP regular and I’ve never had this experience here, but I also only come in the morning. Haven't been to ihop in about a year or so. We will certainly never be back. I simply ordered a typical breakfast, 2 eggs, bacon, 2 pancakes and a sweet tea. I also asked if I could have a piece of toast. My order alone was over $23!!!! My daughter simply ordered 5 pancakes and a cup of fruit. (She ordered the fruit cause the pic showed grapes, strawberries and all kinds of stuff but it came out as a small paper cup of nothing but green melon which she don't eat) her SMALL SIMPLE meal was over $18!!!! My wife ordered 5 pancakes and cup of coffee.... hers was over $13!! We were the only ones in the restaurant. Never saw anyone until we paid. I understand certain price increases cause of cost, but this is totally uncalled for and nothing but greed! My small glass of sweet tea (that I never got filled up or even offered) was over $4! We will certainly never be back. To be a completely fair and honest review, I must say... the food itself (with exception of toast and fruit cup) the food itself wasn't too bad. It was as good as u would expect eggs and pancakes to be. So main concern is service and price. We were shocked.
