I have to give a honest review as I own a small pizza place in Elizabethton, TN. I am from Long Island, NY and I know pizza. This place just needs a few tweaks as the ingredients and recipes are good and the prices are good. New York pizza must be cooked at 500-550 degrees in a stone oven. There is just something about a small Mom and Pops place. Italianos is a quiet little Cafe that if you blinked you would miss it. However, let me tell you Chef Boyardi didn't have nothing compared to this places ravioli! The sauce is homemade and you can taste the love they put into it. If you are looking for some great food, stop in and give them a try!
