I was on break with a lunch I brought from home and I forgot my spoon. popped in on the off chance I could get a spoon and the lady with the black and white hair went super out of her way to help me !
I've never eaten at Jersey mikes but now I think I have to.

Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers...

This is my first time at this particular Jersey Mikes. The first thing I noticed was that the veggie/toppings area was a total mess. I frequent Jersey Mikes often, and my favorite thing to see upon walking in to one for the first time is a very clean and stocked veggie/toppings area. The sub was edible even though the bread wasn't the most fresh/soft. I give them 3 stars. Definitely room for improvement. Not the worst, though.I can say that the staff was very nice.
