It was a late night visit and after we ordered at the drive thru we got to THE window and changed our mines.i was so surprised when the guy at the window just smiled and said no problem..and i do believe these were yhe best little butgers i have ever hoyten at crystal. So thanks.

Best breakfast in the fast food arena! If you haven't tried it, you're missing out! 3 eggs cooked to order, buttery grits, French toast sticks that have to be tried to be believed, perfect bacon, toast like grandma used to make.... I was pleasantly surprised, you will be too!

When you're craving the squared wonder that is a Krystal... you just gotta satisfy the urge! This location did a good job with our order for hungry people that just arrived from Florida! Fresh and warm... they sure were tasty! Just wish the fries weren't so bland.

I absolutely Love there food but to come back one year later and the air conditioning is still broke and the employees have to spend there shift sweating the whole time! Are you serious come on and then we have to set in our vehicle to eat because it is too hot in the dining area. 80+ degrees outside even hotter inside!!

The manager and a new trainee were the only ones working everyone else called in on him and they did a great job and were very nice also.

Pretty good food. Service was not bad but I did end up having to wait at the drive through which is not something I mind too much when it means the food will be fresh and hot which it was. No complaints and I'll stop by again when I am in Bristol.

This place is great! They didn't have any fresh coffee so they made us a fresh pot of coffee and even put our food in the warmer while we were waiting so our food would stay hot. Excellent staff!
