horrible service!! Couldn’t even understand what The person at the window was saying we came by twice trying to get pizza from them and both times they told me they were sold out and had to wait even on a regular five dollar pepperoni y’all need to get your act together!!!!

This location never has 'hot and ready' product available. They should always have a simple pepeeroni pizza to go! Its always at least a 20 minute wait for a simple basic order, even thru the app and driving 15 minutes to pick up, i still have to always wait. Simple poor management not knowing how to run it or not leading the team.

I’m usually not one to criticize, however, on two occasions I’ve had to wait about 15 minutes on pizzas. This isn’t like the worst thing that’s happened to me and I’m not particularly aggrieved by this. However, had I budgeted that time I would’ve probably chosen a different dinner. I wonder how the mechanics of the operation of the restaurant are going considering the pizzas seem to be made to order when one arrives regardless of online ordering or drive thru use, etc. There should probably be some adjustments made, hopefully all works out for them here and they correct this.

Doesn't matter when you order. You're going to wait 30 min+ past expected ready time. Staff seem lost. Doesn't matter if they are slow or busy. You could probably have another pizza from somewhere else made and delivered before yours is finished here.
