Atmosphere was great. Felt like a real up scaled restaurant. Got the spicy turkey. Not spicy whatsoever, bread was soggy, staff were too wrapped up in their own conversations to take orders from another customer. Also, it should probably clarify that the turkey doesn't come sliced on the bread, but it's a meat mash of gooey bullshit. $20 down the drain. Don't eat here.

Well to start the staff was exceptional Melanie helped me figure out all the gift cards!! The food was outstanding but the most important thing is I left my wallet in all the confusion and didn’t realize for few hours, when I called Melanie said she had put it in the back with my name on it, I picked it up and everything was as it was!!! Need more like her and the employees there!! Have a blessed Christmas McAlister’s staff you guys are amazing!!

I ordered food to go on my lunch break and there were a ton of black hairs in my sandwich..One picture shows the hairs sticking out of the melted cheese and bread. I called and they had me email the pictures of the sandwich. I called back to ask if they received the pictures and the manager said “I did. *awkward pause* Was that all you needed?” I just found this rude and dismissive. I never got an apology. I was offered a refund and a gift card which I declined because I do not wish to eat here again.

Ate here a few times when in Bristol. The food was great and the service was good. Howevever when you pay you are prompted for a tip and there is no default zero percent option. You have to go through a few steps to opt out of leaving a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally on one visit the man taking my order actually said something trying to get me to tip. Very awkward.
