Very good deli style food options. Salads were abundant with a plentiful combination of healthy ingredients and a flavorful dressing. Servers were friendly and efficient. I would dine there again.

I ordered through door dash. When i received my food. It was amazing!!!! I called just to check and make sure my items where made correctly. I have sever allergies. The lady that i talked to was so nice and understanding. They have a customer for life now!!

OMG! So impressed! We ordered the 1/2 Chicken Club with 1/2 Pecanberry salad and a Black Angus Club with steamed broccoli. There was very little wait, even with the long line, and our food was brought out fresh and hot. After we started to eat, Julie, (staff member) came by to check on us! NEVER have I had someone come and check on me at a fast-food place!! Another staff person came by a while later and we were even able to chat with the manager. They go above and beyond to make sure they have customer satisfaction. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Pecanberry salad, but all of their salads looked amazing and low-cal! You can make any substitute you'd like to please your palate. If you're out and about and can't make up your mind, this is your stop. You'll be a repeat customer... promise!

My honest review come with a heavy hearted decision to never eat at bristol va mcalister's. First off love the food and second I wouldn't know First hand service or dining atmosphere because I'm the type of guy who likes to order and go home to eat to be able to fit dinner into my schedule with that being said every single time I call this place it's a absolute hassle to get someone to place my order and today was the final straw . I called 3 times back to back assuming they're bust so I wait 5 mins and call them back and they proceed to hang up on me so I decided to go there immediately and ask what the issue is first hand and I was told the phone has a hanging up problem when people call it . Absolutely unprofessional and I can just make the dang sandwich at my house without the hassle whilst saving money. Don't call your order in here they don't like call in orderers

I had a New York-style Reuben, and my hubby had a Turkey Melt. Both sandwiches were delicious. Hubby had red beans and rice that looked more like baked beans. I love soup and decided not to try their selection as soups are not made in-house.

Stopped by McAlister’s Deli in Bristol, VA, while waiting for a haircut appointment at Cost Cutters across the street, and it was fantastic! I had the Spiced Rye Reuben with broccoli, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly balanced and absolutely satisfying. My son had the Kids Club Sandwich with chips, and he loved every bite.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food came out fresh and just right. A perfect spot for a quick, delicious meal while running errands. Highly recommend!

We think that this McAlister’s Deli is the best casual restaurant in Bristol, VA. The staff is professional and friendly; always checking on you! We don’t always get names but a few of the staff including the Manager Travis, Angie, Melanie, Luke and Jody are some of our favorites. This McAlister’s sets an example for how patrons should be treated. We love the spicy turkey melt which 2 can share the larger size, spicy southwest chicken, savannah chopped salad, big filled baked potatoes and the fruit is fresh and flavor-able. And we love the big sized tea that you get free refills.

Three of us ate birthday lunch and had really good meals! We ordered the peach cheesecake and carrot cake. Both were delicious especially the peach cheesecake. The staff was friendly, courteous, efficient, and helpful. This was the first time our guest had eaten at McAlisters and said she would be back. We are regular customers because it’s clean, friendly, and really good food every time.
