Honestly, this has to be the slowest place I’ve ever dined at. Over 40 minutes for appetizers. We had to ask our server for everything. Napkins, refills, sauces, and when asked she went and did several other things before bringing anything. And they were not busy at all.

Took almost 45 minutes to get an undercooked, watery calzone and cold cheesesteak sandwich that should have been hot. When we sent the calzone back, we got attitude from the server and the cook. Will not be going back to this location.

I came here for lunch and the food was pretty good. Only complaint was a single pizza took about 25 mins so if you're in a rush I wouldn't recommend, otherwise it's really good.

Went for Bingo with my 3 yo son. He absolutely loved the Halloween decorations and playing bingo for the first time. He won twice which paid for his food and part of mine.

We have been seated for over an hour with no food served yet. Every beer we tried to order was out, and tables all around us had not been cleared. This is the second year in a row to have such an awful experience. You can do much better!

We visited this location at a very unfortunate time - (9/2/24) - they appeared to only have 2 folks working the floor and only 2 or 3 more BOH. Almost every table in the restaurant had dirty plates, glasses, etc on it - they were very clearly understaffed. The 2 folks working the floor were also seating people, taking to go orders I presume and working the bar and outside seating..
Amid all of this, both of them were very friendly and we received quick service given the circumstance and the food was great!
Hopefully they are recognized for as much and hopefully mgmt/location owner can do a better job of getting backs up to come in or coming in themselves as to not leave their employees in a lurch.

I was very disappointed with our experience. I came in with my 3 kids and sister and out overall experience was poor. The waitress was nice and timid but service was slow and it was hardly busy. Didn’t get our refills until we let ready to leave. Wasn’t very attentive and was quick to walk away when she was at our table. We didn’t get any plates and when we asked for some she responded she was sure if they had any even though we saw other around us getting plates. She came back to let us know some were being washed. When she did bring some most had dried cheese and sauce on them. We had also asked to ranch and when she finally brought some the ran h tasted soured we couldn’t even eat it. The pizza was extremely greasy and the dough was tough. The dough is our favorite part. We asked to see the manager and she kept coming back with excuses why he couldn’t come out and after three times we finally was able to speak to him. He seemed like he didn’t care. We were very disappointed and as we were hoping to have a good lunch.

Amazing! I've never been to a pizza place that could make a pizza completely void of any flavor. There was no sauce on the pizza and every ingredient was completely free of any taste. And the to-go orders were very behind. Not the best pizza experience.

Pizza was AMAZING! But th3 wings were okay!
