we went to outback tonight in bristol and we had a wonderful waitress named brandi! she was so sweet and kind and personable. she was quick to bring us our food and fill our drinks. we haven't had service like that in a long time so I wanted to jump on here and give her a fantastic review!
My husband and I ate there tonight. Cheese fries were good but that was it. we asked for more dressing for our salad never received it. When our main food got there, my steak was overcooked and the mac & cheese tasted horrible. My husband fried chicken steak would’ve been good if not for the sauce that they put on top of that seemed very sour. We do not plan on going back.
I have a severe gluten allergy, and I’m thankful that Outback offers a gluten-free menu. I've dined here several times when Andy was the owner and never had any issues. However, since he left, the restaurant’s quality has significantly declined. On October 19th, my friends and I visited for lunch. I requested a gluten-free menu from the host, and when we were seated, I immediately informed our waitress about my severe gluten allergy. She assured me there would be no issues.
