We were visiting from Knoxville, we rarely eat out as it’s overpriced for quality of food. Puerto Nuevo changed our minds. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and the staff are dressed professionally with smiles and warmth. The salsa bar is a wonderful way to start with fresh, colorful and flavorful options. The food here is very good quality and large portions. Prices are a bit higher than other Mexican restaurants in the area. The service is good. I've eaten here twice and had both orders come out wrong but were the issue was quickly fixed.
