Our waiter was amazing 1st and foremost. We couldn't asked for any better(male, spanish ethnicity) and i made sure to tip him well over 22% for that. But the hostesses(female,curly hair) almost ruined it for us. We went at 6:30 on a Saturday night and most of the tables were empty and we were told it would be a 20 min wait without any explanation. Ok, I get it, people call out and work ethics are just horrible these days. But when people would come in to eat and the host...

The food was excellent, and service was even better. Kim as our server made the christmas day much better. Everyone got asked how was the food by the manager except us. It's ok we know why... this location get a 3.5/5.

Shaun one of the managers was able to discuss my dietary needs with the cooks and accommodate my very particular diet...Nice stop in Bristol to enjoy wild caught seafood.. The waitress Star was attentive and friendly...
