Cool place, and beer was good... Kinda cool seeing cornhole inside..Only knock was the lack of knowledge of the beer the server had... I tried asking questions about the ingredients of certain beers, and they had no clue.
We checked out this place yesterday and really enjoyed it. They have a wide variety of beers to appeal to all palates and do a great job. Their stouts are very light with good flavors but not sweet or thick. I liked their IPA-AI--flavorful but not too bitter. My husband loved the black IPA. Excellent brewery. Owned by two brothers. The beer was terrific. They're building a kitchen and also an event space upstairs.
State Street Brewing is a cool place with good beer. They have a wide variety of beers, including light stouts with good flavors and a flavorful IPA-AI that is not too bitter. The brewers, who are twin brothers, are knowledgeable and passionate about their process. The atmosphere is great, with cool games to play and free tasty popcorn.
