I ordered on the app. I clearly took the onions off of my sandwich and it still had onion. Which I am allergic to. I've called the store 3 times now and no answer at all. Thats why I came here with the complaint. Will not be doing this again.

Honestly I’ve been to a lot of subways in a lot of different areas and this is by far the most depressing unfriendly environment. Had two women working and neither were friendly. One kept walking off in the middle of putting th sauce and veggies on and checking out customers. I heard k after every time I spoke which was annoying.

Every single time I come to this subway, they never have the cookies that I want to this guy’s constantly sit in playing on his phone and it’s very frustrating and aggravating to go somewhere and they not have what you want when they’re supposed to have that on the menu

I placed an order on November 2, 2025. The order was for 3 subs with chicken for delivery. They didn't have chicken so the store canceled my order however I was still charged. The app said refund would appear in a week. After that time had passed I called the store and was told it could take 14 days I also tried reaching customer service corporate. Was told look for email that never came. Still don't have the money and no one will help. NEVER ORDER ON THE APP UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY

Not quite sure the lady's name but she was a black lady and just when I thought I was about to spend 17 plus dollars on a 12-ft sub she told me about the special of the day. Or should I say the meal of the day which I had chicken, ranch and bacon? Well I got that two cookies and a drink all for just a little over $11 perfect. Better than spending 17 plus dollars. I would definitely go back there again as my sandwich was delicious. The cookies not so much.

I placed an online mobile order, when I arrived they hadn’t started on it. It was sitting at the end of the table. They told me they didn’t have time, they were busy but kept taking customers that came in instead of making the online orders. I had to eventually get in line to get my food. And they didn’t have the meatballs for one of my subs and no one knew how to heat up the meatballs, it was a horrible experience.

Online ordering was left open and we placed an order which showed an available pickup time of 7:30 yet the restaurant had closed down at 7pm. No way of getting a refund. Online ordering shouldn’t be left open if a restaurant is closing early.

I called to place an order said I would have to do it on line. I had 2 coupons I could get it to take one but not the other. So I called the store and Casey the lady I talked to told me she would fix it just bring it in . I said ok Thank you. When I went to pay it knocked out the coupon. So when my daughter came to go pick up the subs I gave her the coupons and told her they will fix it when she gets there. But they wouldn't she told her in front of her boss she told me I had to come in and order and use the coupons and that's not what she told me because if she did I would have went somewhere else. I was not feeling well and my daughter agreed to pick it up. I will probably think twice before going there again. Don't lie about what you say. Especially just because I didn't show up . I would of if I were able.

Worst Subway in the tricities!! Every time we go there’s only ONE PERSON at the bar and that person is usually freaking out because there’s a huge line and they have no help. Last time we went the guy making the subs was telling everyone how he had put in his 2 weeks and how miserable it was working there
