Worst Subway in the tricities!! Every time we go there’s only ONE PERSON at the bar and that person is usually freaking out because there’s a huge line and they have no help. Last time we went the guy making the subs was telling everyone how he had put in his 2 weeks and how miserable it was working there
The lady that fixed my sub was very rude and really didn't care about nothing
I went into the store to buy myself a 6” sub, the lady asked me what I wanted and I told her, then she replied back in a rude tone what I wanted on the sub which I had already told her, then after she built the sub, she told me the other lady would ring it up. After he lady rung it up, I had to reach for my bag because the red headed woman was too busy checking her phone.
I will not go back to any Subway if they are going to dish out disrespect to their customers, plus workers shouldn’t be allowed to be on their phones while on the clock.
Subway will not accept any coupons they send to my home. You get these coupons in the mail; you can't order online in the app or in person with them. What a waste of paper! What a disappointment when you think you're going to get good deal. I marched myself right over to McAlister's and spent my money on a higher quality sub. I will not be returning to Subway. I had the same experience at the Blountville, Tennessee Subway. No more wasting my time or money with Subway.

Went in there was ordering my food and over heard a young man talking to the lady that was working about stealing his money out of his wallet how do you let someone work for you that steals off a customer...or anyone for that matter..I will not be back if she's there..and for her to give him money back is admitting to it and she wouldnt have if the cops wasn't threatened.so you let thieves work for you
Terrible. Ordered an easy pick up, toasted subs and chips. My husband went to pick it up and the subs weren’t even toasted. They didn’t even give us our chips.
I’m annoyed because I left them a nice tip too thinking they would just do the simple job of my order.
I didn't get any food. I drove a team there to pick up sandwiches, but my past experience with Subway has always been good. I enjoy the breakfast subs with ham, egg, and cheese.
Staff is always incredibly nice and the restaurant is so clean! Rebecca made our food and it was perfect!
They canceled my online order without a reason and still took my money, doesn’t answer their phone, and email response is automated. Thieves. 🙄 Won’t risk going back because how tf can they just take my money and refuse me food?

This woman seen in this picture need to lose her job immediately I placed an online order for my mom and my dad. My dad sick in the hospital and my mom just got out of the hospital and I asked for extra jalapeños, black olives, Banana peppers, and pickles when I reached my hand in the bag, I only felt one container granite. The container was hidden underneath the sandwiches. I did not know that at the time, but I wanted my mother sandwich to be correct so I went back in and asked, can I have the extra that I paid for? I said it nicely and the gentleman there said yeah no problem. Customer is always right and she turns around and says no, they’re not and I asked for her name and she says Peter Pan I said I’m being serious. She says again, Peter Pan. And I said I will be contacting your manager immediately and And she said something else smart Alec while I was walking out the door so I went and told my wife what happened and said that she wouldn’t give me her name so my wife went in and took a picture of her. You can tell in the picture she’s trying to duck the photo and says you can’t be taking pictures of me and my wife turns around and says yes I can. It’s a public place and you have to give your name so I can make a report and you refuse to give me your name so this is the next best step. She chased my wife out The subway cussing her talking about her weight in this sat in the third so I took up for my wife and I left, but she needs to be fired if she does not like her job so much then she needs But at this point, I don’t think she needs to work for subway companies at all Especially the one that I sat there and me and my family Minimum $200 a week getting subs because our families in the hospital and that’s what they like. It’s a shame what this world came to.

You might expect a 5 minute wait but the food is well worth it. The staff has always been friendly too.

Food was yummy and staff super friendly!! My only complaint was that the temperature in the restaurant was so cold...I'd have never made it to eat my dinner inside and couldn't get out of there fast enough. 😅
