To start with the girl that took my order kept repeating it back to me wrong (multiple times) and after we finally got past that point the guy sent the food out the window all packed in one thin paper bag and of course it ripped and the food hit the ground then the guy looked at me like he expected me to order and pay again. My son grabbed the burgers and the guy eventually realized I wasn't leaving so he replaced 2 of the 3 fry orders. Literally had $49 in food packed into one paper bag. Either put it on a plastic bag or divide it into a couple of paper bags. He literally reached it out with his hand under the bag and as soon as my hand touched it he pulled away. Before I'd ordered and paid again someone woulda had some wounds.

Quick and good... worked for our pit stop in our travels
Window guy was rude and in a big hurry taking order. Didn't listen to what we wanted and got order totally wrong. Girls inside were also of no help. The only one who seemed to have av brain was the little girl taking money at the first window. Won't be back to this location. Trash was everywhere outside the windows as well.

I ordered food from here last week. The order was completely wrong and it came via doordash and no one took responsibility so I paid for food. I couldn't even eat. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would rather drive an extra 10 mi and go to the one at Exit 7 and have my food right

I drove thru Bristol and thought I give this Wendy's a try. The chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect, best I had anywhere in a long time. It also looked great, not just like somebody threw it together. Perfect. The French Fries were perfect as well, crunchy, not too much fat taste, not too salty, perfect again. On my next pass thru Bristol, I will stop there again!!!
