HORRIBLE customer service!!! Actually nonexistent!! Will never ever eat there again! Ordered a veggie bowl and when I opened it up to eat it the guacamole was brown. I tried calling the store and no one answered so I went down in person. When I spoke to the manager she told me that’s the way the guacamole comes??? Last time I checked guacamole was green.
She told me all she could do for me was refund the purchase but not the original delivery fee. I understand restaurants...read full review
TWO back to back screwed up orders. We have tried numerous times to call the location to speak to someone, called general customer service, and been given the run around. It's a shame a VERY simple bowl has been ruined twice, and we have yet to resolve this issue or get a refund.
