Tom & Suzie's NY Bagel Deli (CLOSED FOR REMODELING)

Love the bagels but we have ordered through Grubhub twice and both times 2 bagels took over 1-1/2 hours. I can get a full Chinese family meal in 20 minutes so why do they take so long?

Bagels did not live up to the name bagel here. They aren't even NY style bagels and their bacon egg and cheese was lackluster. The everything bagel looked like a plain bagel with a few sesame seeds and poppy seeds thrown in last second. I would recommend anyone to find a better bagel shop in the area.

Bagels are pretty good. Cream cheese is awesome. But i stopped goong here after i watched an owner berate a young man who came in, said he had never been there, and politely asked for 3 dozen bagels and cream cheese for his office. The owner was so rude and rushed the dude just cus he was a bit hesitant with his flavor choices. Good food but will go elsewhere.

Had a serious craving for a breakfast bagel and so glad it worked out in finding this spot since I don't know the area. Friendly quick service, the breakfast bagel was delicious and at a good price. Definitely coming back.

Tom & Suzie's is an amazing place. If you think you know what bagels taste like - think again. You haven't had a real bagel until you've had one of Tom & Suzie's. These are true NY bagels - light, fresh and tasty. Not the "hockey pucks" you get around here. The food is beyond good. You owe it to yourself to pay a visit to Tom & Suzie's and learn what they are all about.

Real NY bagels!!! The dough comes in directly from Brooklyn I was told and flavor backs it up!! Can't wait to try the Jersey breakfast roll with Taylor ham!!!

The bagels are fine in terms of taste and texture, but the flavored ones (e.g., blueberry) don't seem to actually have much flavor (although ordering that in the first place is on me; always go with the classics). Biggest issues with this place are the wait times (it's still just bagels, not sit-down-type meals), and customer service (store responses to criticisms, as seen below and in previous reviews - even when those critiques are well-founded (I recognize not all of them are) - are responded to with immaturity and anger). All of the afore-mentioned issues are unjustified and unappealing. I'm fine with driving to Fairfax to get good bagels & good customer service.

Sometimes you have to wait, but worth it. Small seating area inside, but also outside seating when nice out. Nice small business.
