Marco's Pizza

I wish I could give zero stars. They gave me someone else’s old pizza instead of making mine fresh. It was obvious. I placed the order right before I left, it was miraculously ready when I got there, and it was both burnt and ice cold. I live 7 minutes away. Also my sauce was half opened and I’m not sure when they did that so it was not safe to eat. Ice cold, hard, old, burnt pizza and unusable sauce is what you get apparently when you’re a customer here.

I ordered a pizza the guy said 30 mins. I went to home depot did some shopping came back. Still waiting. This place looked so unorganized. One guy cutting pies super slow. Then the guy in charge was just talking to his friends why the others working got backed up. Then the cashier kept telling everyone that walked in the door it will be 10mins. The service was ridiculous

Pizza is usually decent but delivery has been getting outsourced to the worst doordash delivery drivers recently who just dump the pizza boxes on the porch (and in todays case leave it in the rain).

I am a regular customer of Marco's, but my most recent order was handled very badly. When I placed my order I received an estimate of 32 minutes for delivery. It in fact took 85 minutes for to be delivered; nearly 3 times the estimated time. I received a notification ten minutes after I placed the order letting me know the pizza was going in the oven. This would mean that my pizza sat for more than an hour before it was picked up for delivery. When I spoke with the manager, he stated he had no control over those notifications and that it was not accurate. Problem #1: While I appreciate the effort to communicate, the information provided is not accurate and creates a false expectation

On top of that, the delivery person merely left the pizza on my porch without ringing my doorbell or knocking on the door. I only happened to see him heading back to his car. When I asked him why he couldn't even provide the common courtesy, he said that for $4 (i.e., the delivery fee) he's not knocking on my door. The manager told me they used Door Dash and that, again, he has no control over the delivery. Problem #2: Marco has multiple steps in their process over which they have no control (or at least that's the excuse). As a customer, that is a poor excuse. If you have no control over your processes as a customer service provider, you have serious problems.

Walked in here 30 minutes before closing and for the best service, they were so happily to attend us and treated us with gratitude! Loved the experience

Best pizza place. The food is so much better than Papa John's or Domino's. The manger is amazing, we have been going there for some time and he gave us a discount. Great pizza.

This location is the worst. I went there today and ask one of the worker a white 30ties to early 40ties year old man a question and he was so unhelpful I just left. I asked is this New York style pizza, and he responded I don't know I never been to NY. I asked him few more questions and he just joked around. I have no idea why he was being so sarcastic to me. Perhaps because I am asian. I don't know, but he was a total jerk.

I ordered three large pizzas on a Saturday afternoon. The quality of the pizza has changed significantly since the last time I ordered from them (a few months ago). Before, the ingredients were very fresh but now it feels no better than Dominos. It's almost like they just put a Dominos pizza in a Marco's box).

Again ordered pizza they pawn out to doordash and charge for 2 2 liters and now have wait 30 more minutes to get what we paid for. District manager said it takes time for me to fix the store. Heck all it takes is read the delivery slip about the drinks.
