This was the first visit, a recommendation from a friend. This is a very cute place. Great atmosphere. The food wasn’t great. As a person who does more plant based, it was a challenge to find something to eat. I tried the hummus, not realizing it’s a shareable. The hummus came with a salsa-style side. Both were very bland. Literally no taste in the hummus or the salsa side. I ate some and left the rest there. I could not disrespect my palate by finishing the “food”. A pro was the service. The guy who waited in us was very nice and attentive. A con (which is not their fault) is the location as noted by gps. My gps said that I arrived but I couldn’t find the place. I drove around a little and decided to drive the perimeter since the gps showed that I was the general location. Then finally found it tucked in a corner of the plaza.

Parallel has become one of our favorite go-to spots for happy hour. The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively. We absolutely love the duck fat fries. They are crisp and thick cut. The fried pickles are also very good and if the kids are with us we get the chicken and waffles and kids mac n cheese. It's an amazing gourmet mac n cheese and the fresh fruit side is picture perfect every time.

Montepulciano has become one of our favorite wines. I also enjoy the pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc in the summer. We weren't fans of the chardonnay, but the rest of the wines more than make up for it. Great old fashioned - well balanced.

Service has always been good. All the servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the drink and food menus. We love the atmosphere as well. Very rustic and down to earth.

The front end team, especially Ava (spelling) and Maya, were amazing. They accomadated our group of six on short notice and they deserve 10 stars but can only give five! Thanks again!

Highly recommend making reservations. They added us to the wait list and said it would be about an hour and never texted me when tables opened. Went back after 45 minutes, and there were tables open. Decided to sit at the bar, and Danny provided an amazing service. The food was good, but I'd need to try something else next time to see if I can give it a better rating.

I called ahead with questions and the manager was Soo accommodating. I believe he said his name was Kassie, I cannot remember. But what I do remember, when my little family and I arrived, that the service and ambiance was delightful and the food was amazing. Pricing was fair for the great quality, quantity and flavor of the dishes. I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem out here in Ashburn. I now do not need to drive into the city for good eats. The live singer was a nice touch. I have found my new repeat dining destination. It all started with the manager. He took the time to check on us and shook my hand and listened to my feedback as we were leaving. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

One of my favorite spots since moving to Ashburn two months ago. The brunch is fantastic and obviously the cocktails. Had Morgan today at brunch and his service and recommendations were excellent. Has the broadlands breakfast sandwich this time and it was superb. Love that they use French toast for it!

Brunch was great!
My family ate here on a Sunday after church and we were very satisfied. My picky husband ordered the grilled romaine wedge salad with the salmon added and he really liked it. The salmon strip was large and he said the food was filling. I ordered the pork belly Benedict and really enjoyed it. The pork belly was thick, big and tender. It was a great choice. We also ordered the mimosa flight which I thought was a good price for a flight. The flight came with cranberry, orange juice and pineapple juice but you could also sub any out for grapefruit juice. My son ordered the two eggs breakfast from the kids menu and it came with SO much food for only $6! Everything was tasty and I would definitely come back for lunch or dinner

Hostess was about as rude as it gets. Had five business professionals with me and she couldn’t give a damn about seating us. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, we simply left. Note, there was no shortage of seating options available either.
