They made my drink(Iced Gingerbread oat milk chai) wrong. They completed made it without the oat milk so it tasted like pure chai. It is usually almost white but this time it was a dark brown. You could tell they forgot to add the milk. Do not recommend 🙅♀️.

We love supporting our local Starbucks, but today was not a good day! This store counters and floors were so gross and sticky, I got whatever liquid on the counter on my dress, the bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper, no toilet seat covers and no soap. Management needs to clean up this store. Plus my Frappuccino was extremely liquidy and they put whipped topping and I’m allergic to dairy and told them so.
