Ordered a grande coffee Frappuccino but it taste like a mix of cinnamon and medicine and it looked very white not happy at all with my order I had to drive 15 minutes only to get this

This place is absolutely horrible, I have given them several chances and for some reason their customer service is blatantly rude and lack the ability to fix a decent drink that is worth the money you spend on these already over priced beverages. There is absolutely no reason to lack common sense when fulfilling a simple order and acknowledging when a mistake is made. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location, as I am sure it doesn’t matter to them I am just 1 of many customers. However, I will be sure that others are aware. Please if you value your money and time visit another location as I will be driving the extra few miles to ensure my order is made professionally and have a professional and delightful interaction with the staff.

Went in today to pick up my mobile order. I’ve been going here for two years and it’s never been great but I didn’t feel like spending time to leave a review. Well today they didn’t have the sandwich I was able to mobile order online and when I went to the register to exchange it the lady had a language barrier and was trying to make me pay for the exchange even though I already paid for the sandwich they didn’t give me.
Worse is that multiple male staff members had ridiculously long hair and beards that weren’t in a hair net and just looked super unkempt. Its just a matter of time before I get one of their hairs in my food or drink. As I was waiting for my exchanged food I also saw a female staff member itch her hair profusely then go right back to making the drinks without washing her hands.
I’m pretty grossed out and I hope this Starbucks cleans up its act and either hires new people or enforces proper hygiene
I order a mango Dragan fruit refresher. The dri k is very light colored and they put way to much ice in and little draganfruit

This is the best Starbucks in Ashburn and nearby areas. The staff is always kind, super quick, and hardworking. The store is always clean. The drive thru moves very fast. I go out of my way to go to this location!

I'm a regular M-F mornings on my way to work, I order ahead and go in to grab my drink because the drive thru is busy, however, it's all worth it because I'm greeted by name every day. Ben, specifically, is an absolute gem and can brighten anyone's day. But the whole crew is great.
