The store manger is terrible! Very unprofessional and even how he talks to his coworkers is very disappointing. Hopefully Starbucks goes in a different direction because I like going to that location and wouldn’t want to give up on this place

If you must use this location, only use the drive-thru. I went in and placed an order. I then wait a half hour for my order. The food was brick cold by the time the food came out. I watched as several people, who ordered after I did, get their orders completed before mine.

The white girl that works in the morning hours on Sunday had an attitude and was rude, which makes Starbucks as a whole look terrible. If you made a customer's drink wrong (When I clearly ordered Iced Matcha, you made the Matcha in a hot Latte form with no ice), you should be apologetic, rather than having an attitude towards the customer about what you did wrong. I don't understand what type of entitlement that this girl was showing but get some common sense buddy

Nakiya is a ROCKSTAR employee! She was paying attention to any customer waiting around for a while and quickly jumped in to help. She remedied each situation quickly and continued to greet every customer coming into either door(even greeting some by name). She was an extremely hard worker and if she isn’t already the manager, she certainly should be. Thanks Nakiya! You made the experience. 😊

Today was in the drive through line for 15 minutes BEFORE even ordering???? Its 5:30 on w Saturday ..

Tables a bit sticky, but service was straightforward and food was prepped and done quickly. They took my allergy seriously and used clean tongs to pick up the food, but wasn't 100% sure after the oven if they used a new or different tongs...

It’s 1100 and they don’t have any of the food I’ve asked to order.
Ordered a grande coffee Frappuccino but it taste like a mix of cinnamon and medicine and it looked very white not happy at all with my order I had to drive 15 minutes only to get this
