As someone with extensive experience managing a chain of breakfast restaurants, I consider myself quite discerning about my egg and cheese sandwiches. I can confidently say that North Star's offering is exceptionally delicious—perhaps it's the magic of mountain ingredients! If you're in the Blue Ridge area, this restaurant is an unmissable experience.
