Family and me went today 9-15-24 to The North Star restaurant where it took us about 10 to 15 minutes to be greeted & given menus, silverware and asked what we wanted to drink. We are usually very patient knowing places get busy but today was uncalled for, people coming in after us didn't even half to wait 5 minutes to be greeted and stuff. I know we ain't regulars there but we should have been treated the same. Other than that the atmosphere and food was great.
Came in from Texas, this place has a cozy atmosphere listening to adventurous stories from the locals and eating very affordable breakfast. The staff are friendly and the environment reminds me of home small diners before corporations took over "Starbucks etc" I strongly support stopping by trying it out and having some good morning grub!

The food options were plentiful and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive.
The only regret we have is that this place isn't closer to home. But I anticipate we will return as often as we are in the area.
