Terrible service. The woman taking my order rolled her eyes at me over and over because I couldn't hear /understand her. I told her I was hard of hearing and she rolled her eyes again. So rude, I won't be back to this location.

Never coming here again. It's currently 10:40pm and it lists that they close at 11pm and they waved me away saying they're closed because they already cleaned everything and are leaving.

Ordered DoorDash tonight at 6:15pm. They were out of dessert, okay no problem, except we get a call from our driver that the manager wouldn't start my order until I confirm no dessert or exchange of dessert. But we had missed a from him.. Even after we confirmed he waited another 20-25 minutes, until he cleared the dining room of customers waiting to order, before starting mine. ItS now 7:40, we're missing 4 out of 6 orders of sides, all of our sauces, and the food is soggy...

Poor customer service, I had to get someone's attention to take my order. They were three guys standing around just talking. I ordered for four people the same exact thing. I should have checked because they screwed up my order. I understand that people make mistakes but my anger was amplified by the lack of work ethic. If you don't like your job find another one. I don't care how much you make, you should do your job the best way you can, there are plenty folks that are looking for work even at fast food restaurants. I will never return to this location again. I was forced to give a star because I'd give them none!
Just went there at 4:45 p.m. today. Several people were eating but no one was in line. The person behind the counter was waiting for me when I walked in. I got my take-out order of two sandwiches and two orders of fries within a couple minutes. Food was hot and good. I will go back!

First time in BK to get the Impossible Whopper. The meatless burger tasted very good!! Make sure to ask for cheese if you want it though. French fries are pretty thick (meh). They have a Coke machine that lets you create any flavor, so that's nice. Definitely get an Impossible Whopper if you are interested, tastes great!

The food here is as good as any other Burger King. The only issue is the size of the place, it is small. It doesn't take very many people for it to become cramped.

This BK sucks. They'll repeat the order back to you and it's correct but when you receive the order it's wrong. Also if you ask for two sauces they'll only listen to one. It's a waste of money and annoying bf because thus happens every time.

I came into this place tonight for anfast food dinner after finding it during a Google search. I had no idea that it even existed, as I would always travel all the way to the their Springfield location. When you walk in, the first thing that you notice is how small the restaurant really is. They were pretty much full of patrons and finding a table would have been tough. I placed my order to go. I the Whopper combo meal that included french fries and a drink. I requested that the Whopper sandwich come without onions as I always do. It took them less than 2 minutes to prepare my order, and I was back in my car in a flash. The restaurant and bathroom were clean, and I had no issues at all. The Whopper and fries were delicious also! You can't eat this type of fast food every day, but when you do, you should make it count!
