Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and her genuine care for the customers was evident throughout my visit. I ordered take-out here, so I can't speak on the service or atmosphere, but I can say that I was disappointed by the quality of the food here. The fresh veggies were slimy, and the beef was just so bland. I definitely would not consider ordering from this place. I also was disappointed to find this place closed at 1pm even though their hours were 10:30am-10pm.

The tortillas were fantastic! We were there around one in the afternoon on Tuesday. The tables needed to be cleaned and the trash can was overflowing. No one was in line for food service......so maybe they should check the eating area for cleaning.

asked for "barbacoa beef" for the meat on my nachos. the lady adds the barbacoa pork and just says "barbacoa?" i say "no, i wanted beef!" she says "roast beef?" and adds a tiny bit of meat closer to what i actually want on top of what she got wrong instead of just starting over.why are the employees using different names than what's on the menu? why is the response to an incorrect order just to place the correct ingredient on top of the wrong one? what if someone has allergies? i didn't feel like i was properly being listened to when ordering food i was paying for. do better.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff is consistently rude, I don't know how anyone is posting positive reviews for this place. After at least 4 visits over the last year, the service here continues to degrade. It's a shame, because there is so much potential for a lot of great business here.The food is mediocre at best, and it's usually lukewarm. It's incredibly expensive for what you get, and any "extras" come at an additional cost. They consider salsa or sauce on the side instead of on your tacos, "extra." For a family, you can go to a good Hispanic sit-down restaurant for this cost, and get much better food and service.After our last two visits here, we ended up sick with stomach aches. We won't be returning again.
