We love this place and the kids there work hard and get in early, but honesty you'd be best off writing down your order and going in with it.
Today, for the second time, I ordered online. Not only was my order 20 minutes later than promised, it was incorrect. I also paid an upcharge for egg white and turkey sausage and got neither plus I asked for no cheese and got cheese.
The place does get slammed on Sundays and we do love their food, but online ordering should be out.
We will be back, but I just felt compelled to warn people that the online ordering doesn't work top well.

All of the workers had a great attitude even though I showed up right before closing. The manager, Danny, was very friendly and Melissa gave me recommendations when I didnt know what to get! The bagels are fresh as well. They are so helpful and keep the place clean. I WILL be back!

I would grab a salmon bagel sandwich on the way to work and a fresh orange juice. You pay that $20 but man does it make a difference in quality I can’t even knock them too hard on the price.

I’m writing this review strictly based off my bagel experiences.
I like a bagel with real fried egg not microwaved conventional oven. I understand that’s done for efficiency but I just can’t enjoy it taste like rubbery fake egg which I mean it is.
I feel the sausage was also made the same way.

On to the bagel- it’s a very airy bagel. Taste like it’s boiled and baked in a steam air injected oven. For those who don’t know, that means air is pumped into the bagel which makes it big! But it doesn’t taste chewy or crunchy.

My garlic bagel was also burnt.

Overall it wasn’t the best experience or bagel sandwich but hey it’s CHEAP: two sandwich two drinks =23$ that’s unheard of. I think I’ll try again just not bagel items

Got the chicken pesto wrap and chicken salad on an everything bagel. Both good and very stuffed with chicken. The bagel was memorable, not your average bagel from the grocery store. Would definitely be back.

Very delicious bagels in Virginia, good to have at any time

After taking a recent trip to Virginia, I was recommended to stop here for breakfast as it was right by where I was staying. I stopped inside for some of the specialty bagels. Loved the 4 cheese and bacon bagel. Stopped in the next day as my weekend trip came to a close and Danny the manager and his staff were so welcoming again to me. I took some bagels back to Pennsylvania and shared with my family and they also enjoyed them. Very impressed going to come back soon!

Great bagels, bad service. We placed an order and waited over 25 minutes for a bagel sandwich. I wish I was exaggerating. If you have this much time to wait for bagels, I recommend it 😊

30 minites for a drink only. Got my number skipped quite a bit. Food's usually great though.

Place great, food is good, their process is absolutely broken. They run 3 high heat microwaves for cooking the bagels, which is fine for during the week - but when one breaks it’s a total mess on the weekends. How there isn’t a handful of backups or more than the 3 is odd. The workers are working hard and always polite but it’s clear how inefficient the entire set up is. 40+ minute wait for a bagel sandwich. Insane! Can’t say I’ll be coming back here anytime soon until there are changes.

My husband and I have been eating breakfast here for years, but we just can’t take it anymore. We’ve overlooked the disgustingly grimy floors and walls because the bagels are so good, but the sheer inefficiency of the service is mind-boggling. The young staff are polite and clearly working hard, but there’s some sort of overly complicated, manual system of actually producing the food for the customer that requires printing multiple receipts, matching them up, waiting until a bunch of receipts are printed, stapling together, then hanging them up for other staff to see and prepare. I literally waited today for 40 minutes after ordering an untasted bagel with cream cheese. Whoever owns this place has no pride in cleaning and repairing equipment, much less modernizing systems.

Recently the bagels are not as food as they used to be. The outside is hard and they are misshapen. They need to go back to the old recipe!
