Is Chick-fil-A sauce a controlled substance? They treat it that way. I ordered 5 sandwich entrees and asked for “all Chck-fil-A sauce”. I got 2. That’s what I get when I order 1 sandwich entree. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Servers seem to be told to make sure no one gets too much C-f-A sauce. That’s one of the things that distinguishes them from other food places. I expect to get some for each sandwich

Unfortunately with Burke being a super kid friendly area, and this being one of the only fast food places with a play place- this place is BUSY. It’s crowded, there isn’t enough seating during busy times, and the play place is arguably too small for the number of kids that want to play. With a few exceptions, the food is usually good, and my order is usually accurate. A few times they have missed things in our orders, and a few times my salads have been a bit wilted, but otherwise the food has been good. Service is usually quick and friendly considering the amount of traffic this place gets.
Parking: At busy times, the parking lot is packed and you have to park across the street at Kohl’s.
Food wasn’t fresh, staff was rude. Not the Chick-fil-a experience I’m used to, definitely won’t be back to this particular location l.
