2nd time of 4 visits that I experienced displeasure/irritation. This recent was the cashier not paying attention (giggling & talking) at the driver through, not scanning my phone to which I wanted to use rewards for my order but definitely charged my debit card with quickness. Then when I say something she smiled a guilty smile and said said "oh sorry." I wish I had time to hold up the line and ask for a manager and wait for it to be corrected. Smh. I do not know why it is not an automatic to ask about the app maybe then she would have thought to pay attention to me wanting to have her do it.
