Chipotle Mexican Grill

The Carne Asada bowl was absolutely delicious. The staff was clean and friendly. The location is excellent, and after a quick meal you’ll find plenty of nearby options to run errands. Highly recommended!

Every single attempt I’ve made at an online order or a delivery order has resulted in missing items (guacamole on my tacos that I paid extra for? Missing. Ordered a Coke zero? Got a nothing. The list goes on). After today I’m done with this location and recommend you find another one, too.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, so I thought I’d give this Burke location a try...big mistake.

If you’re a fan of perfectly cooked rice, you might want to bring your own, because here it was undercooked and the seasonings were a complete mystery. Definitely not the usual Chipotle flavor experience. Portion sizes seemed like a guessing game for the staff, who clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Shoutout to management for dropping the ball on training.

The dining area? Let’s just say if you enjoy sticky tables and floors that double as a food mosaic, you’ll feel right at home. And the bathroom situation… well, if you don’t mind no toilet paper, no soap, and a general “why bother” vibe, it’s all yours.

Consider this a helpful heads-up: unless someone steps up with better leadership and some serious cleaning motivation, this location isn’t worth your time or appetite.

Go to a different location. Second time here and they're always out of stuff and unhelpful. Ate in the dining room and got to watch an employee and a customer get into. Great entertainment, meh service.

Even though it’s only a five minute drive from my house, I never come here. The service is average at best, and portions are often lacking. One time I had a voucher for free guacamole and asked if I could scan it after she put the items - the manager(?) or person at the register said she couldn’t because of the system…which is totally acceptable but it was the attitude she used when she told me that left a bad taste in my mouth. It was not overly busy that day, I don’t understand why I needed to be treated like a nuisance.

Not worth spending $40+ on a dinner for two. They forget half the items in your order, and your meal looks like vomit. Order crispy tacos and you end up with flaccid broken pieces. You won’t be provided napkins or utensils. There is no quality control or accuracy for the order. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Tania Rivera at the Burke Centre, VA Chipotle went above and beyond what would be expected to help us with a recent catering order. I want to make sure she is recognized for her outstanding customer service as she helped make our event perfect. Tania went out of her way to get us a missing item, and bringing it to our house personally. She directly called me to make sure she could help us and deserves all of the praise for her helpfulness, kindness, and attention to detail. Thank you, Tania!

The service was terrible. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and they informed me that the register was closed and they couldn’t serve me. It’s quite amusing because I’ve been there a few times before closing and I’ve always been served. It seems like they’re just being lazy to take orders.

The worst place. Service sucks you got multiple people just standing around.

Good people, good food!

This chipotle is hands down the best in the northern VA area. There’s one 2 minutes away from my house and I take the extra 15 min drive to come here (every day lol) . Customer service is exceptional, the food is fresh (even at 10:45pm) and employees go above and beyond. I rarely do reviews, let alone positive ones (cuz who writes reviews when everything is good, right? lol) but the experience was that good that I felt the need to write this. Shout out to the employee named Kobi/Gobi, I’m not fully sure how to spell his name but I appreciate you.

Workers ALWAYS have attitudes and sneer and snicker when I order. They give the stingiest portions and act like they are too cool to work there. The food is good and the place is clean but the serving sizes and the unbearable workers have ruined my experiences.

Generally, we love Chipotle. But it just takes one subpar experience to wipe out loyalty. Our app order for delivery was fouled up. We received someone else’s order. We called the store and the phone rang off the hook. We were never able to speak with a human. So, defeating the whole purpose of delivery, we had to drive to the store to resolve the issue: order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and the other customer’s food in hand. Instead of taking immediate action to resolve a clear error on their part — we had to wait another 20 minutes while some mystery was (attempted to be) solved behind the curtains. I had to get terse with the teenager register employee to stress our frustration. He kept having to speak with the manager in the back. Meanwhile; the manager never had the courtesy to show their face and resolve the issue swiftly. Ultimately the teenager brought us our order and handed over the bag with a smile and an apology. Not their fault indeed. But that’s what they should have done in the first 5 minutes we were there. (Meanwhile no service fee, delivery fee, or tip was refunded — that probably would have taken another 20+ minutes.)

I pick up my order and like most of the time they gave me very little meat . I paid for extra meat on my order. For my kids meals drinks and chips were missing.
