The service at this location has improved in the last few months. Visited the other night and received good portion sizes and the food was very hot and fresh.

By far the worst chipotle in the northern VA area, extremely stingy on portions, even when you pay extra. Unfriendly staff who clearly dislike their jobs and make the customer feel it. Take your business elsewhere.

(Order steak and chicken, extra chicken and there’s maybe 2-3oz of chicken and zero streak) basically 20$ for rice and pico.

I don’t get it. We ordered food with the mobile app and the app gave us a 10am pickup time. We drive to the place and get there around 10:10 only to find the doors locked. I double check the APP and it says the food is ready and awaiting pickup. I see a bunch of employees inside and so I knock on the door and gesture that I’m trying to pick up
my food and they looked at me and ignored me. I double check the hours on Google and it says they open at 10am, but the door says 10:45?!

I don’t really care when they open, but why would you advertise on Google and your mobile app that you open at 10 if you don’t? And why would you allow customers to place orders with a pickup time you can’t honor? And why wouldn’t you come to the door and help a customer because I’m pretty sure they are well aware this is a problem. So I won’t be eating at that location anymore just out of principle. And for the rest of you, I suggest you don’t place any orders before 11am to play it safe.

In a completely empty line, I placed a mobile order in front of them and told them that it glitched on my way there and I just submitted it. They made me wait 15 mins as there are 4 employees just sitting and talking. They insisted that it has to be made in the back. 4 people are standing and chit chatting and in asked 4 times if they can just make my bowl and they said no. I haven’t even opened my bowl yet but I’m sure they skimped me too.

I love the minimum effort response by chipotle asking me to go on their general contact page. What a joke.

Tried the new Brisket Bowl. It wasn't all that. We go to Chipotle every couple of year and then remember why it was 2 years since we ate there. It's not as fresh as the ads would have you believe. The behind the counter folks aren't overly friendly. The night we were there, the register wasn't working for card transactions.

Hi, I came in tonight a little after 10 pm and I had a mess up with my online order. Allan(en), excuse my spelling on his name, was such an awesome help. Our brief interaction was extremely impactful on me. He gave me a great solution and properly help me navigate my issue. It’s small act of kindness and sincerity that makes a huge impact and I just wanted to recognize Allan on that. This will definitely be a location I’ll be continuing to come to. Thank you Allan and the rest of the staff that was working tonight!

Horrible location that’s fallen down the hill due to poor management.

Food is always wrong. Food takes 15/20 minutes past the order date on the app DESPITE an empty restaurant.

Every time we go there the Manger is rude, my daughter bought a bowl yesterday and the food was very salty, we couldn’t be able to go back the same day, we explained what happened to the Manager but she was very rude and even didn’t want to exchange the, we are not going back again very sad

Every. Single. Time. I order from this chipotle my order is wrong. I almost always mobile order- and every time, LITERALLY, the order is wrong in some way. The food is fine and the atmosphere is fine. But the lack of attention to the food being ordered is astounding.
