Amazing food as usual. Some places you go you will need to order your food while your there. Doing online ordering will yield disappointment in the serving size. You'll spend more time having them correcting it than standing on line and ordering. Other than that, amazing.

The chicken was gristly and undercooked, way over seasoned, the kids fruit was a tiny dried clementine, and everything tasted pretty bad.

I think this is the final nail in the coffin for me with chipotle. I used to get it every week years ago, but the quality has cratered.

All of the employees are not ready for customers and they talk themselvesfront of customes in Spanish. Services are so bad šŸ‘Ž. I am so regretted to come to this store again. please don't come to this store if you want to receive good service. The employees also laugh and talk too loud even if they have customers. And lastly the women's bathroom was not available. I realized why there was no customers during dinner time.

I came here Friday 11-26 to get a bowl at 9pm. When I got there it took forever for them to get to me and the young ppl were at the counter playing games and doing wild stuff.. not professional. Once I got to the counter to the check out the cashier a young Spanish girl with red hair had such an attitude it was insane! In addition, in the middle of checking me out she stopped to say hi to one of the other workers kids that was there.. it seemed like a circus. When I came home
I was disappointed they charged me for guac but don't pit it in the bag and it was apparent the older lady in the line was upset.
Chipotle you have to be better about This!

The Chipotle Burke location is absolutely horrible. It is always so chaotic and the online orders take so long. Usually about 15 to 20 minutes after the app says it will be ready. I don’t know why Chipotle corporate hasn’t stepped in with all the negative reviews on this location over time.

⭐ 1 star – Disappointing experience, rude service, and sudden upcharges
I’m a regular Chipotle customer—every other week without fail—and I’ve always loved the food. But tonight at 5747 Burke Center Pkwy Burke VA 22015 completely soured the brand for me.
Last visit I politely mentioned the rice portion was skimpy. The employee snapped, ā€œOpen your box and show me next time.ā€ Zero apology, just attitude. I let it slide.
Tonight I came back. Same guy remembered me and immediately demanded I open the box to ā€œproveā€ the portion before he’d even finish assembly. Felt like I was being interrogated over a $12 bowl.
Then I asked for the usual side of mild salsa and vinaigrette. The manager jumps in: ā€œThose aren’t free anymore—60Ā¢ each starting now.ā€ I asked when the policy changed; he shrugged and said ā€œit’s been like this for a while.ā€ I’ve been ordering the exact same sides for years at this location with zero charge. No signage, no warning, just a surprise fee tacked on.
Between the confrontational ā€œopen your boxā€ routine and the unannounced nickel-and-diming, the whole interaction felt hostile. I paid the extra $1.20 just to get out of there, but I won’t be back to this store. Chipotle corporate, please train your staff on basic courtesy and communicate policy changes before springing them on loyal customers.

I’ve eaten chipotle for the past 15 years and this is far and away the worst one I’ve ever had the misfortune of wasting my money at. I live close so I was really hoping it was a fluke but I’ve eaten here 3 times and the disappointment just intensified… I would rather eat at the Taco Bell drive through than this chipotle. Don’t waste your money!

You can trust they will always get your order wrong. I would say this place is seems like it’s run by a 15 year old, but that would be an affront to 15 year olds…

EDIT: I reached out to customer service and still haven’t received a response! Even dealing with corporate is a joke.
