The ice cream here is high-quality, that is pretty rich and not super frozen. It has a low water and air content, and high milkfat. I recommend getting Founder’s Favorite or the Jamocha Almond Fudge. The service here is also nice and friendly. There’s not a lot of seating in there, and it can get really crowded at times.

would of been better if i had been paying attention when she asked what size i wanted. i just looked at her with my mouth open for second then said yes. my friend told me it wasnt a yes or no question. i guess she understood what i meant tho because she just said ok. the newborn infant that was in front of me in line was cute except its parents didnt give it ice cream. the cookies and cream milkshake tasted kinda odd but a milkshake is a milkshake and i am a happy young lad.

This has always been a very reliable location in the Burke area. The staff, while sometimes just a bit slow, have been kind and made sure that your ice cream was as good as possible. The food is delicious and pairs perfectly with a cozy-looking interior seating and some outdoor seating to enjoy your ice cream.

Completely rude employees on a Sunday night saying they were closed at 7 pm when their hours say 8 pm! Big sign on door showing limited hours (all with highlighter around new seasonal hours)…. And Sunday hours of 8 pm. Employee at the door could not have been less helpful or understanding and would only say “Sunday hours. We close at 7.” Seriously, looked right at paper with hours and shrugged and said closing was 7:00. With open sign still on. Come on. Don’t care if it is 7:00 but at least put the right hours up or just don’t put up hours at all and let us guess. Dairy Queen a couple blocks down is always open when they say they are…. This sucks because my family loves Cold Stone!

Great place, always clean and smells so good! The only complaint I have is that they don’t use gloves, I just hope they was their hands before serving us. The ice cream is always fabulous and checkout is quick and easy. Staff are nice and friendly!
