Located in the Burke Centre Shopping Center. Parking available in public parking lot. Small space with some counter ledge seating and 2 tables. The employees were friendly. My friend got the "hot for cookie" which is a warm chocolate chip cookie and cookie dough with ice cream. I got the Reese's Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce in a small or "I Like It" size and it was very good and fulfilled my sweet tooth, I couldn't even finish it.On the wall, it states it was $5.99 but it cost me $6.99 at the register without tax. So, that was a bit of a bummer but I didn't say anything.
Best place for ice cream. There are so many different combinations. Love it

Don't bother tipping, the money doesn't go to the workers. It just subsidizes the hourly wage so the owner doesn't have to pay as much.Worker treatment and pay are not good. The ice cream is good, but I don't recommend working here as an employee.

You probably don't need yet another Cold Stone review, as fundamentally they are all the same. The ice cream is good, and of course you can mix together any concoction you wish with their selection of ice cream and tasty toppings. The Burke location seems to be staffed by teenagers, who aren't the best at staying focused on task or providing prompt and helpful service.

Completely rude employees on a Sunday night saying they were closed at 7 pm when their hours say 8 pm! Big sign on door showing limited hours (all with highlighter around new seasonal hours)…. And Sunday hours of 8 pm. Employee at the door could not have been less helpful or understanding and would only say “Sunday hours. We close at 7.” Seriously, looked right at paper with hours and shrugged and said closing was 7:00. With open sign still on. Come on. Don’t care if it is 7:00 but at least put the right hours up or just don’t put up hours at all and let us guess. Dairy Queen a couple blocks down is always open when they say they are…. This sucks because my family loves Cold Stone!
Need to correct the closing time on their door and google business. It misleads many people.

Their own website dates that this location is open until 8:00 pm on Sundays. A SIGN POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE STORE SAYS THAT THIS LOCATION IS OPEN UNTIL 8:00 PM ON SUNDAYS. Yet when I arrived there with my family at 7:03 pm last night (Sunday, March 5), the doors were locked and the crew was mopping the floor. I want to add to this that, after I left a message with this store about the problem described above, the owner called me directly to apologize. He has changed the sign on the door and corrected the problem. And the quality of their ice cream remains superb. I appreciate his responsiveness.

Great place, always clean and smells so good! The only complaint I have is that they don’t use gloves, I just hope they was their hands before serving us. The ice cream is always fabulous and checkout is quick and easy. Staff are nice and friendly!

I ordered a door dash order and there was a piping tool for frosting inside my ice cream, I don't how that is possible. I ordered at8:50pm on February 15th 2023.
