We’ve been visiting this location nearly every Saturday for 15 years and have never had such horrible customer service. No answer when we asked about flavors and we take them home but when we asked for a tray or even just lids we were handed the open blizzards and they just walked away. They were a melted mess all over the car by the time we got home (since they were for multiple people who were not there to eat them right away). We used a McDonald’s tray to put them in the freezer to try to stop the melting and cleaned up the car. Very disappointing.

Pretty standard Dairy Queen location. With one major note of improvement: please please please wear gloves! I have never seen employees here wearing gloves while handling food. It would be more appetizing for those concerned with cleanliness.

Ordered the dirt pie blizzard. Discovered I was given a plain Oreo blizzard after I left. Not worth $6, I can get an Oreo mcflurry down the road for cheaper. Dairy Queen corporate needs to get it together and stop letting their franchises ruin their name.

I’ve been going here since they opened over 20 years ago, and am sad for the quality now. I ordered a large mint Oreo blizzard (which is over $8 now) and gave a tip. When the girl handed it to me, it was white with Oreos, not green. I thought she missed that I ordered it with mint, thinking it was a mistake, and she said she did. The guy working tried to be nice and offered to add more. I hesitated because I didn’t want to be a pain, but having just paid $10, took him up on his offer and even said sorry! Instead of him though, the girl snatched it, seeming disgusted that I would expect to have mint in a mint Oreo blizzard, and then over blended it. She handed it back so rudely, without a word, and then went to the back to complain as if we weren’t there. I’m just so surprised and disappointed with everything. The blizzard was a liquidy mess, expensive, and she was enough reason to not go back.

I was really sad they didn’t have any ice crema there. They said they had ice cream but I didn’t ask for CREAM I asked for creMA. Very different. Was eventually kicked out of the store. Plastic spoons very high quality.

Another store choosing not to participate in nationwide promotions. I'm not sure why this location is able to not accept the app, thereby avoiding promotions. I brought this up to the employees and was told that's just what the owner decided to do...too bad for the customers.
Stopped by Dairy Queen in Burke VA at 2:50 p.m. on March 6th and it was CLOSED on a beautiful 66° day. Hours posted say it's open as well as the website. I was craving a birthday cake dipped ice cream cone all day :(.

This place was gross. I found SEVERAL hairs of the staff in my ice cream and they did not put what I asked on it. Very rude staff and it was a disappointment.
