Another store choosing not to participate in nationwide promotions. I'm not sure why this location is able to not accept the app, thereby avoiding promotions. I brought this up to the employees and was told that's just what the owner decided to do...too bad for the customers.

Stopped by Dairy Queen in Burke VA at 2:50 p.m. on March 6th and it was CLOSED on a beautiful 66° day. Hours posted say it's open as well as the website. I was craving a birthday cake dipped ice cream cone all day :(.

Went there the other day and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately repulsed by the strong body odor/arm pit smell in the store. It immediately turned my stomach. Never been that bad before but its 110% the employees. I feel bad because how do you tell them or the manager this is a problem? Otherwise food was good and quick service. Just foul smelling store.

This place was gross. I found SEVERAL hairs of the staff in my ice cream and they did not put what I asked on it. Very rude staff and it was a disappointment.
No complaints, service is pretty quick. If you are in a pinch for some ice cream, this location is pretty good. Recently ordered a chocolate dipped cone and it hit the spot!

Service is always quick, never had any issues. Prices have gone up but that's with everything. Dairy Queen isn't supposed to be the best ice cream ever, but when I'm craving something sweet, it does the trick.

If you think you're gonna get to this place before it closes you won't. We decided we wanted ice cream at 8:30 on a Saturday night and when we got there at 9pm they were closed when they were supposed to be open until 10pm!
