This situation occurred at 6050 Burke commons rd H, burke, VA 22015. I bought a dozen assorted donuts and a box of joes for my coworkers I was late . I also purchased a large matcha almond protein drink with the details in the photo but the most important right now is light ice . Obviously my request was ignored the ice filled over the 2 mark when standing the cup straight up. Over 50 spent and I cover light ice and that was my personal drink I don’t plan to drink the hot coffee . I called back and was told to comeback later after work it was an inconvenience but something to work with but I received another call from the “store manager” SHE told me that I needed to bring the drink back 8 hours later after I was already told another would be made. I drank the one I was given for the caffeine to improve my awareness at work I don’t see why I was called back to be asked to hold it for 8 hrs to return a useless drink for an inconvenience that occurred during a transaction I had paid for and clearly received an inaccurate product. On top the “Store manager “ attitude was poor and unforgiving/unwavering and seemed she really didn’t care about my time my currency or how this could affect me.

Save time and go to the GMU location for 5 stars.

Burke store sucks.
Food rating is low because they only carry a few types of bagels and donuts and never update their app.
Bathroom was dirty.

Workers do not want to be there and the heavy chap would not try to resolve the error with the order. Very confrontational and wouldn't even provide his name. Didn't issue a refund.

This store is a waste of time.

I ordered a bacon egg and chesse through the app and the forgot my chesse and the bagel was soggy. I also ordered a donut and they forgot to pack it in my order. Bad customer service.

We order in the app occasionally for a family of 5 and often something is not right. This morning, ALL 4 sandwiches were wrong. Ones that said no egg had eggs, some were missing sausage, American instead of cheddar, or cheese when it said no cheese. Like not even close and their solution when we had crying hungry kids was to drive back and return the wrong sandwiches for them to remake them. Don't leave the store without opening every single order and checking inside each sandwich. Or just don't eat here.

I love dunkin donuts but Unfortunately the lady in the morning which I think is a manager is absolutely rude all the time. This morning 11/21/25 she told me if im not happy she can return my money and i can go somewhere else. She answers rude and is mad all the time. I think that if dunkin doesn't changes her or she doesn't change her attitude then they will lose customers. I am paying its not free and to be treated this way is unbelievable. I wa so mad. She is even rude to other employees. I hope higher people start reading the reviews and change there way of treating customers.

Grab My Passport

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them. The selection of donuts, muffins, and bagels is almost nonexistent every time I go in here. They’ve never had Munckins when I’ve tried to order them. The staff is not friendly at all. It’s a shame that we can’t have a good Dunkin in such a great community.

There simply IS NOT a better way to waste 15 minutes on toxic coffee. The added bonus is the staff will also treat you like trash, so you get the full experience. Its a DD... i didnt have high hopes.... but my goodness. I could make a better cup of coffee with mulch, rain, and a lighter. Pic for the way to fix it.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Dunkin’ location. Today, when I picked up my mobile order from the pickup counter, the lid wasn’t closed properly and the drink spilled all over my work uniform and the floor. None of the employees offered to help — instead, they just stared and laughed.

Last week, my drink was made but left sitting behind the counter with the receipt attached, never placed on the mobile pickup shelf. I had to wait until another employee finally noticed and brought it out.

This location really needs better attention to customer service and order handling.

Staff at this location mix up orders often and then place blame on customer even with receipt proof. In addition, my donut was wet.

I accidentally made an order, which was on me. I called the Dunkin Donuts place to let them know I made a mistake and wouldn't be able to pick the food up. The lady who spoke with me on the phone was extremely rude and then hung up on me. It was an 11 dollar order and I didn't even ask for a refund, I was just apologizing.It is genuinely not worth it to go here😭😭😭

This location in Burke is the absolute PITS!!. Do not waste your time going here, travel a little further and go to university mall location. Every single time, doesn’t matter morning, afternoon or evening, I’ve been told that we are “out of munchkins right now, so sorry“ how is a donut place out of this item every single time? The manager needs to be fired. Bring someone in who knows how to actually run an establishment. I see why they have a three star rating. And I think that’s a bit of a stretch.

Came into pick up an order and the order was stolen from a different driver. I told her you do realize what happens when multiple drivers come in and I proceeded to tell her is you have to make sure you confirm the order otherwise that driver just cancels and steals the order she responds with well that’s not my job well it actually is I attached the uber policy regarding merchants handing off to drivers. Clearly states you as a MERCHANT need to confirm. She also stated that we don’t got the time to confirm the orders well there’s literally 7 people working at this location at this time you do. No wonder this place has terrible reviews cause yall suck at your job with a bad attitude. Not only are drivers wasting there time coming here customers are losing there orders bc they can’t take 5 seconds to make sure the drivers are confirming there order. To the lady that I spoke to read your own policy before you get completely embarrassed in front of your employees and other customers in the store

I purchased a breakfast sandwich and needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the women’s restroom was out of service, and the men’s restroom was extremely dirty—so much so that it was unusable. I asked one employee and the other one was the manager, she told me to use on the dirty restroom and said they wouldn't clean it. There were no other customers at the time, so it was disappointing!
