Staff at this location mix up orders often and then place blame on customer even with receipt proof. In addition, my donut was wet.

I accidentally made an order, which was on me. I called the Dunkin Donuts place to let them know I made a mistake and wouldn't be able to pick the food up. The lady who spoke with me on the phone was extremely rude and then hung up on me. It was an 11 dollar order and I didn't even ask for a refund, I was just apologizing.It is genuinely not worth it to go here😭😭😭

This location in Burke is the absolute PITS!!. Do not waste your time going here, travel a little further and go to university mall location. Every single time, doesn’t matter morning, afternoon or evening, I’ve been told that we are ā€œout of munchkins right now, so sorryā€œ how is a donut place out of this item every single time? The manager needs to be fired. Bring someone in who knows how to actually run an establishment. I see why they have a three star rating. And I think that’s a bit of a stretch.

Came into pick up an order and the order was stolen from a different driver. I told her you do realize what happens when multiple drivers come in and I proceeded to tell her is you have to make sure you confirm the order otherwise that driver just cancels and steals the order she responds with well that’s not my job well it actually is I attached the uber policy regarding merchants handing off to drivers. Clearly states you as a MERCHANT need to confirm. She also stated that we don’t got the time to confirm the orders well there’s literally 7 people working at this location at this time you do. No wonder this place has terrible reviews cause yall suck at your job with a bad attitude. Not only are drivers wasting there time coming here customers are losing there orders bc they can’t take 5 seconds to make sure the drivers are confirming there order. To the lady that I spoke to read your own policy before you get completely embarrassed in front of your employees and other customers in the store

I purchased a breakfast sandwich and needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the women’s restroom was out of service, and the men’s restroom was extremely dirty—so much so that it was unusable. I asked one employee and the other one was the manager, she told me to use on the dirty restroom and said they wouldn't clean it. There were no other customers at the time, so it was disappointing!

The past three times I came to this location, I asked for A LIGHT AMOUNT CREAM CHEESE on my bagel…. They put more cream cheese than the bagel itself. They do not listen, service is very poor, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Had a bad experience with food quality, CeCe the manager and a staff member. Looks like the manager has several poor reviews on here which is a shame. Purchased a frosted donut through the app and picked it up at the drive through. Only given the donut in the bag. I get home and take two bites to find the donut stiff and stale. Called the store to register my complaint and ask for help - was passed to CeCe the manager who said to come back to the store for a refund, so I return. She has a stern look as I approach and tell her who I am and show her the donut. CeCe asks for the receipt which I have on my Dunkin app and she rudely asks me to place my phone on the counter; which I declined to do. She proceeded to say that she wouldn't be giving me a refund because I was rude to her. I debate that regardless of her impression of me, I was not satisfied with my order and wanted a refund. CeCe proceded to walk out the store saying "it's too late, I was going to give you a refund but now I'm not". Huh? I remained at the counter and had dialogue with an employee who said he could not issue a refund without a paper receipt - which I hand't received at the drive through - and this was the person who filled my order. Interesting that CeCe can decide who she wants to refund based on her mood. Nothing a call to AMEX won't fix mind you the charge was $2.11. So much for neighborhood convenience, I'll drive further out for a fresh donut and better customer service.

11/16/24 morning

Got a large coffee with cream and sugar and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Coffee was PERFECT. The sandwich was done right and fast - hard to mess it up and they did not. Staff was nice and welcoming - everything counts and they all earned it.

Usually really like the staff here but employee (who I think is manager) was unreasonably rude for no reason and had a ridiculous attitude despite me apologizing for mishearing her. regardless, I was still polite and told her to have a good rest of her day, and she replied with ā€œyeahā€. Not a great example of good service
